Sunlight streaked across the horizon, the clouds draped across the sky and the morning dew slowly evaporating from the gardens lush fauna.

"Young master, it is now time for you to wake up"

Ciel lay still, not daring to move, hoping the butler would believe he was asleep and would leave him be. Yet he heard the butler's sighs.

"Young master please, there is no need to keep up your faking, I know you are awake."

Ciel glared as he rolled over, covering his eyes with his hand. Sitting up causing the sheet to fall revealing his nude body.

"S-SEBASTIAN WHAT IS THE MEANING OF THIS?!"

His face flushed crimson of both rage and embarrassment, his heart racing. Had Sebastian and he-... All he remembered was staggering to bed drunk last night. The butler's strong arms guiding him, whichever direction he wished to go. He blinked away the forbidden thoughts and pulled the sheet collectively around himself.

"Sebastian, bring me my clothes for the day."

Taking the tea cup the butler had set in front of him and taking a sip.

"Yes my young lord."

Ciel doted on the fact that Sebastian acted so nonchalantly. Although that was the butler's normal behavior, it still caused his mind to wander. After being dressed, the young earl was escorted to his study where he was served breakfast.

"Today we have a poached salmon and mint salad, accompanied by a rare Indian tea, gifted by Prince Sohma."

Watching the boy take calculated bites, as if he was thinking of something... Perhaps he had heard what he had said last night? The words he thought only he himself would ever hear... 'Ciel Phantomhive, you are mine.' Sebastian thought back to last night. Would this cause the earl to be angry, using his formal name as such, wasn't the butler's place. Demon or not, there were still rules in the human world which he must abide by. Ignoring all thoughts he collected the earl's dishes when he finished and left him be to continue his work for the day. Once the door had shut Ciel tossed the papers onto his desk, his mind elsewhere. Neglecting his work for personal matters was a bad habit, one he had originally intended to correct... But a growing boy has questions, and given answers where only more questions arose... Was never a good thing either.

"Who the hell does he think he is!"

Ciel exclaimed, enraged for some unknown reason. His heart racing, palms sweaty, an unusual knot forming in the pit of his stomach.

"I am his master! I command him, control him! He is my pawn and I CHOOSE which direction he goes! I give the orders!"

He repeated his statement in his head, almost as if he tried to reassure himself. This was the fixed arrangement. Screaming from the depths of despair, in his lowest of moments in his short life, Ciel had called upon the demon. Seeking vengeance on those who humiliated him, damaged his pride. Making sure that they would all atone with their deaths, even if he had to pry it out of the rotted flesh from those of which who had been buried.

"Where does he believe he has the right to... To TOY with me like that! I understand i'm his food, but i'm no one's puppet."

A burning feeling within himself. He couldn't understand what was happening.

"If he wants to act as if nothing had happened he fine! I don't care. I don't need him, he doesn't matter. He's just, just a stupid pawn. All of them. Tools for my vengeance before death..."

Ciel could barely convince himself of the angry words flying from his mouth. Then he remembered how Sebastian held him, his hands guiding Ciel into his lap. Their wet, naked bodies rubbing against one another. Gritting his teeth as he remembered how the butler pretended not to know a damned thing the morning after, how nonchalantly he had acted. Leaving and escaping his presence the first chance he had gotten. 'He's so embarrassed that he can not even be in the same room as me. Fine then, so be it.' He stated to himself in determination. If Sebastian couldn't admit to Ciel about how he felt, well then he would just force the butler to want him even more.

"So be it Sebastian, if this is the path you solely decide... I will make you choose..."

...

With the sun was high in the sky shining through the windows of the Phantomhive manor, and the servants doing their daily routines. Ciel snored lightly in his chair and only opened his eyes when he heard a knocking on his door.

"Yes, come in."

He watched the tall butler enter with the tray. How he ghosted across the room, not making any sound as his feet would hit the carpet with each step.

"What is it Sebastian."

The butler leaned down, revealing a pristine white envelope with a red wax seal set on the silver platter.

"My lord."

Ciel eyed the envelope and snatched it, cutting it with the letter opener, he pulled it out and read its contents. Eyes widening in alarm.

"My lord?"

Ciel cleared his throat and looked up at Sebastian.

"Ready a carriage and tell Tanaka that I wish him to escort me today."

Sebastian's eyes narrowed.

" My lord, you don't wish for me to accomp-"

"That's an ORDER Sebastian. Go, now."

Sebastian frowned and nodded.

"As you wish... My young lord..."

Without another word, Sebastian left the study. Ciel stood and eyed the letter in his hands, wondering if this could finally be his final chance of redemption... And revenge.
