Edward's POV

Okay today I have a date with Tanya but I don't even know I like her I just said yes so I can get my mind off Bella and her new crush. But I should have said to Tanya I want to be friends and get to know her more but I'm sorry to say but I just using her I know I feel bad to but...yeah. I just got to Tanya's house to pick her up for our date her dad answers the door.

"You must be Edward, I'm Tanya's dad Joe" He said smiled a little

"Yes sir that's me" I said being polite "Is Tanya almost ready?" I ask

"I believe so, I'm sure she won't take to long" he says

"Edward, Hello sorry I toke so long" Tanya says. I look at her and she's wearing a black dress that stops mid thigh and it's tight on her and ALOT of make-up on. Slut

I don't even know why I agreed to this

"No it's okay I wasn't waiting too long" I half smile

"Are you ready to go?"she asks smiling "Yes, it was nice meeting you sir" I say to her dad

As we walk to Tanya's door it was quite but she spoke when we got there.

"I had a great time today Edward, I hope we can do it again"she says in a hopeful voice.

"Yeah, MAYBE we can'' I say I look away from her.

"Okay! I...um...I'll see you tomorrow at school?" She asks leaning forward

"Yeah, See you have a good night" I say and walk away. I didn't want to kiss her I don't even know if I like her yet.

As I drive back to my house I started thinking about Bella. Who could she like? I mean I thought she liked...me.

I just parked my car and went inside to see my mom in the kitchen.

"Hey mom" I said to her

"Hello dear, how was your date?" She asks "It was alright"I say to her

"Hmm why?" She asks, look at her confused " why didn't you have fun"she answered my question

I sigh  I wonder if I should tell her the truth

"I don't like her like that mom"I tell her " I like someone else" I confess

"Oh so you mean you don't like Tanya but you like Bella"she says

"Yea-wait how'd you know that?"I ask

"Oh son I know everything. I see how you guys look at each other. It's obvious well...to me it is" she said "But how come you don't tell her?"

"Because mom she likes someone else. She said he has brown hair weird but fun" I roll my eyes

"Oh Edward you'll find out who he really is then you'll be happy!"

No I won't cause it won't be me

"I'll be upstairs mom"I say to her and go upstairs to my room

I just started thinking about Bella AGAIN maybe I should call her...

I pick up my phone and dial her phone number... Ring...ring... ring
Rin- "Hello?"Bella says

"Hey Bella! What you doing?"

"Nothing just finished eating"she tells me "what about you?" She asks

"Just got back from my date with Tanya " I say

"Oh.."she said

she sounds sad or disappointed. I wonder why?

"Yeah"I said

"Sorry I have to go. Bye" she says and hung up

Weird...oh well I'll talk to her tomorrow. I think as I fall asleep
