Gut Feeling

Wait, why did he even care? JungKook was just a weakling. He didn't even know why he always found himself with the boy. HyeRin was the sassy, fierce girl and he would love to have her as his girl but JungKook, there was something about JungKook that he couldn't figure out. V couldn't be bothered and walked back to the school. However the feeling of dread swam in his stomach and he couldn't help but think that something bad was going to happen. He didn't know why but it wouldn't go away. Again his head throbbed but this was worse then the other times.

HyeRin was leaning in towards the TV screen so focused on winning but all of a sudden her stomach felt like it got punched, hard. She dropped the controller and clutched her stomach.

" Hey HyeRin are you alright?" J-Hope asked concern in all his words.

HyeRin knew the feeling. She was familiar with it. One of her friends were trouble.

" Call V and JungKook now," She ordered and J-Hope complied.

He grabbed his phone and dialled V's number before giving it to HyeRin. When V picked up she felt a little better knowing he was still okay.

" V tell me JungKook's still with you," She said.

" I really can't be bothered with this right now. My head hurts and no he ran off," V grumbled.

HyeRin felt worse now. V is an idiot and JungKook was alone.

" V I'm going to murder you! What's wrong with you?!" She half screamed.

" Well if it bothers you so much go find your boyfriend!" V snapped.

HyeRin's blood boiled at the though of betraying her best friend like that.

" YOU F*CKING JERK!!!!! JUNGKOOK DOES NOT LIKE ME AND I DON'T LIKE HIM!!! WHY DID YOU LEAVE AND WHY DID YOU CHANGE?!?!?!?!?"

HyeRin lost her mind and she didn't care that V didn't understand what she was talking about. Her words hit V hard though, like a blow to the stomach. He felt like fainting and grabbed a lamp post to keep him stable. He hung up and turned in the direction that JungKook sped off. His stomach calmed down a little but he felt that until JungKook was safe it would go away.

When the line went dead HyeRin had a panic attack. She freaked out that JungKook would get hurt and V was going to go beat up someone to make his troubles go away. J-Hope tried to comfort her but nothing work. In the end they were out of J-Hope's dorm and in the cold streets of Seoul, searching for two messed up boys.

JungKook stopped running after his legs finally gave in. His surroundings, which was a park area,were unfamiliar and it was starting to get dark. He had left his phone back in his dorm and didn't have the courage to ask a stranger for directions. He was only wearing a thin cardigan so the cold was getting to him. His breaths were visible in the air and he curled up on a park bench. He watched mothers take their children home and people closing up shops about to go home to their loving families.

Warmth, love, someone. Three things JungKook wanted right now. Three things that Taehyung was able to give to him. Three things V couldn't give to him without being a jerk before or afterwards. Why can't V just remember him already?

" Hey are you already?" A soft voice from nowhere asked.

JungKook looked up to see a handsome boy with black haired gelled into a quiff. His face was oval shaped and he was kinda cute *KINDA?? HE IS GORGEOUS!!*. The boy had a plaid red and black shirt on without the buttons done up but he was wearing a white t-shirt underneath. He was looking at JungKook with worry and seemed like he wanted to touch him but was way too nervous.

" Y-yeah I'm fine," JungKook said, looking at the floor and scraping his shoes along the concrete.

" No no you're not. Look you're crying," The boy bent down and brushed away JungKook's bangs from his face.

JungKook brought his hand to his face and felt something wet fall onto his hand from his cheek. He was indeed crying and it felt so stupid. Then at the worst minute possible his stomach let out a growl for food. His cheeks redden and he really just wanted a hole to open and suck him away from everything. The strange boy let out a cute chuckle before handing JungKook something.

JungKook opened his hands and found a cupcake decorated with pink icing. The same one he saw in the cabinets of HyeRin's corner shop.

"You're a student from the high school right?"

" Yeah I'm Jeon JungKook," He introduced himself, his gut telling him that this boy was good news.

"I go there too. I'm JR."
