"Initiates today is the day you get your ranks for the first 2 stages of initiation 5 of you will become factionless!" I inform them. I write down the names of the initiates and there ranks.

I don't bother writing the rest of the names down because they can probably work out who's leaving!
The top 5 cheer but the rest break down in tears "5 minutes to get your stuff then get out and we will make sure your out!" Tobias states.
The new factionless leave,
"Next part and the last part of initiation is fear landscapes. you will face your fears and who ever lasts the least amount of time in there will have a higher chance of ranking first." I inform them.
"who first?" I ask and Nat walks forward.
Tobias injects him and Nat lays on the chair just like at the aptitude test.
I sit in the control room an watch, his first fear, he is trapped in a glass box, I think he may be scared of drowning like me. no the light starts to fade and he scans round they it's pitch black he breathes in and out repeatedly. The next fear is the same as me, crows. He has 9 fears; The dark, crow, blood, death, heights, spiders, snakes, wasps and ducks. "You were in there for 4mins" I tell him he nods his face is pale "Nat you might need to make your way to the infirmary you look I'll" I state he walks toward the infirmary.
