The Golden Flower

Part 2

10 year old Sehun ran around the palace he was running from his personal maid Taeyeon. "Your highness please stop running your father ordered that I must get you ready for the dinner tonight." Taeyeon yelled as she was running after the prince. Sehun ran into his mothers room "Krystal noona save me." Sehun hugged Krystal.

"Krystal I'm so glad you caught him. I must get him ready." Taeyeon smiled. "I got it Taeyeon. I heard that Tiffany was coming back from her journey." Krystal said. Taeyeon ran to the palace gate. Krystal got the prince ready. 

"Sweetheart I have to tell you something," the queen over her shoulders "After dinner come to my room." Sehun smiled at his mother.

"Sehun I heard from Seohyun that Taeyeon had to chase you around the palace. Is that true." Minjung asked. Sehun glared  at Seohyun she was the adviser and his dad's slut. He may have been young but he had seen and heard his fair share of gossip around the palace.

"Yes father." Sehun said through his teeth. "As a prince Sehun you do not ran around the palace like a wild animal." Minjung scolded. 

They finished dinner and Sehun ran to his mothers room. "Mother." Sehun called. "On the balcony sweetheart." Sehun walked outside and he saw his mother but she had wings and a long white flowy dress. "M-mother is that you?" Sehun stuttered. "Yes don't be afraid." Jennie held her hand out. He grabbed his mothers hand and was lifted off the ground.

"Well Hunnie spread your wings." Jennie smiled. "I don't have wings." Sehun looked his back and there was something growing out of it. Two medium sized silver wings spread out and he fluttered them.

"Mother what are we?" Sehun asked. "We are Amethyst's," Sehun cocked his head to the side, "Like the birthstone?" The queen smiled at her son. "Well kinda. I'll show you where we are created." Jennie smiled and flew off Sehun chased after her.

" Thousands of years ago a stone called Amethyst was created and from that stone, the people of Amethyst were born. Amethyst are whimsical creatures, but they are banned in are kingdom any Amethyst found will immediately be put to death." Jennie sighed. "Does dad know about you and me?" Sehun zipped around a tree.    

"He knows about you but not me. He thinks that we found you somewhere, but i erased his memory of me giving birth." They finally arrived at the ruins of the Amethyst people. "Taemin it's me Jennie." Sehun watched a boy with neon pink wings and long hair that trailed after him approached his mother. "Jennie I'm so glad your back." Taemin hugged his mom. Sehun noticed Taemin"s stomach was quite big.

"So Jennie this is your son," Taemin turned his attention to Sehun, "It's nice to finally meet you Sehun I'm Lee Taemin or Choi Taemin whatever works for you." Taemin smiled. They walked towards a wall a flowers. The flower wall lifted and there was sunlight on the other side.

"Welcome to the ruins of Amethyst." Taemin announced. They arrived at a small cottage and walked inside. "MMMIIIINNNHHHOOO!" Taemin yelled. A man with frizzy hair ran down the stairs, he had what looked like food stains on his shirt. "Baby I'm so glad your back Kay-lee really doesn't want to sleep or eat." Minho rubbed his temples. 

With help from Minho Taemin made it upstairs and into a cute little room. "My poor baby." Taemin picked up the little girl and rocked her "Min hand me the bottle." Taemin fed his baby and Minho changed his shirt. "Where are my manners. Welcome back your highness." Minho bowed to Jennie. "No need to bow Minho." Jennie smiled.

When Kay-lee was sleeping Taemin cooked dinner for everyone. "So Sehun what do you think of our village?" Taemin asked the young prince. "From what I've seen it looks pretty good. I'm just confused about something." Sehun said. "What is it?" Taemin asked "How are you able to get pregnant? I thought only women could get pregnant." Sehun asked.

"Well boys from are clan are able to get pregnant we are called carriers. Boys like you and Minho can't get pregnant, you can only get others pregnant," Taemin smiled, "I honestly love that I can give birth because it makes you feel good, knowing you bring life into the world." Taemin smiled.

"Taemin, Minho thank you for letting us stay here and letting Sehun see what it is like in the eyes of an Amethyst." Jennie hugged Taemin and Minho. "When will you be coming back Jennie," Taemin asked "I don't know but I feel like Sehun will definitely come back." Taemin saw something in the queens eyes that said she wouldn't be coming back for a long while. A silent tear slipped down his face as he watched them walk away.

"So Sehun did you enjoy yourself?" "I did but, I'm scared dad will find out and both of us and Taemin could get hurt, and he is with child." Sehun started crying. "Don't cry baby I know you won't tell him and that you will keep Taemin and his family a secret." Jennie kissed her sons tears away.

Jennie tucked Sehun in his bed and kissed his head. "Chaerin I need you." Jennie called. A woman in pure white appeared. "Hey Jennie. What is it" Chaerin asked. "I can sense that my time is near and I need something to watch over him with."Jennie let a tear slip down her face. She hated that she had to leave her son behind, she knew Sehun would save her and the people of Amethyst.

"When you die your soul will rest inside a necklace , and I have something that will help him don't worry." Chaerin kissed Jennie's head. "Sleep now my child and let your worries disappear. Jennie fell asleep and Chaerin carried Jennie to her room.

Chaerin being the goddess she was knew good and well what Jennie's future held and she wished that she could prevent it, but it was already written in history.
