Apologies

Logan's POV

When I opened the door, Cameron was running his hand through his hair as he looked at the ground. Before he could see me, I began closing the door as quietly as I could. Right when I was about to shut the door, he noticed me and slid his foot to hold the door open. "What do you want Cameron" I said while rolling my eyes.

"Well, I heard that you were pregnant and I was the father so I came as soon as I could," he quickly responded while tapping his foot repeatedly on the ground.

"Cameron, it's fine really I can handle it," I said as I attempted to close the door on him.

"Logan, I also came to apologize for my crappy behavior earlier," he looked into my eyes to see my reaction.

"Cameron, I honestly don't know what to say. Can you come back tomorrow it's really late right now," I sighed as a dull gray shifted into his eyes.

"I kinda have nowhere to stay for the night..." he said as he pulled at the tips of his hair.

"You can stay here for tonight but tomorrow you're gone," I mumbled as I motioned towards the couch to show him where he would be sleeping.

"Thank you Logan," he replied as he plopped onto the couch and dozed off like a baby. I couldn't help but laugh at how immature he was especially in a situation like this. Turning off the lights, I headed upstairs and into my room to sleep since I was so tired.

When I woke up, Cameron was still sound asleep on the couch while my mother was cooking breakfast in the kitchen. By the way she looked at me, I could tell that she had seen Cameron on the couch and was a bit concerned.

"He just stopped by to have a sleepover and fell asleep on the couch," I lied as she put pancakes and bacon onto a plate.

"Logan, i'm not dumb, he lives hours away from here," she replied with an are you serious look on her face. My mom still doesn't know that me and Cameron had broken up while she was gone which was why she was acting so calm.

"Ok mom,the truth is that me and Cameron broke up while you were gone," I mumbled trying to hold back the tears that were threatening to fall. As my mom walked over to comfort me, that stupid son of a b**** had to wake up and storm into the kitchen screaming WHAT'S FOR BREAKFAST.

"I've always had my doubts about that boy," my mom giggled as she whispered into my ear...
