Sakura was left flustered after the incident with Rin. Sakura avoided her and Kakashi all day, including even Obito. She walked over to a small restaurant located in the campus, sighing as she ran her fingers through her hair. She opens the door and was immediately greeted with the smell of food. Her stomach was pleased with it.
But through her peripheral vision, she sees the head of silver hair she has been avoiding all day.
"Just my luck." She rolls her eyes and heads towards the till to place her order. She looks around for a free table, and notices a two-seat table free. She sighs in relief and heads towards there, and to her luck, it was on the opposite side of the room from where he was sitting.
Kakashi watched as she sat down and placed her binder and drink down on the table. He knew he shouldn't be watching but he was intrigued. He's never met someone with natural pink hair, but then again, who's hair was silver?
He sipped his lemonade and continued to read his book, it was a book from his favourite franchise, but also looked up and peeked up at her time-to-time.
"Ah, fuck it." He got up and collected his stuff.
Sakura was nibbling on her fries and was studying for her biology test that was next week. Better to be prepared than fail, she thought. She was writing notes when she heard the chair in front of her move. She looked up and seen Kakashi sitting there, setting his stuff on the table.
"Hello, Sakura." He greeted.
"Uh, hey, Kakashi." She replied, confused.
"I seen you were alone and decided to accompany you, so you won't be lonely." He gave her an eye-crinkling smile, or she thought he did, she couldn't tell through his mask.
Rin's words came to mind.
Stay away from Kakashi.
"Thank you, I think." She furrowed her brows and continued her notes.
"So, nice weather today, isn't it?" He spoke after a minute of silence.
She looked up, biting her lip.
"No offence, Kakashi, but why are you sitting with me?"
"To be honest, I don't know. Why not the two people with the weird hair get to know each other?" He speaks, chuckling as he rubs his neck.
Her hand immediately went to her hair. She never thought of it as weird.
"My hairs weird?"
"No! I didn't mean it like that, I-it's very nice!" He scrambled.
"Okay? Um, you have n-nice hair, too." She was blushing, she knew she was.
"I'm sor-"
"Kakashi?"
