It's funny to me how two people
Could be so close
Knowing everything about each other
Not afraid to say anything
Always there for each other
Can become practically strangers over night
Not knowing anything that goes on in their life
Afraid to just say hi
Never there for the other one
It's actually really sad
Someone who was once your everything
Now nothing to you
Someone once your best friend
Now a complete stranger
Someone once your true love
Now your biggest enemy
It's so weird in my eyes how this happens
It's something no one wants to go through
And nothing you plan on doing
You make all these promises that you'll stay forever
But it never turns out that way
But I guess that's just life,
You can't change it
No matter how badly you want to..
