When will it end? Apollo was ready to be done. Yesterday had been full of questions with hidden meanings and purposefully avoided interactions with Artemis, and he assumed today would be no different.
His prediction was correct. Artemis tried to apologize again when he walked in, but he had ignored her.
Artemis looked awful. Why won't this be over already? she thought. She decided to shut out the sounds of the room and focus on a yellow dot above Dr. Sharkeishaquan's head.
She was pulled back to the ground when she heard the judge's booming voice. "The jury has reached a verdict."
And the trial was over.
