Bryce loved nights like tonight, when the stars were bright in the sky and you could see every little speck above. The moon was full and bright and clouds occasionally passed I front of it, casting moving shadows onto the forest floor below. Bryce walked with a skip in his step, although he was tired, he couldn't wait to see his friends again. Satt on the other hand was looking around fearfully, practically clinging to the blond's side. He was terrified of the woods, especially at night, it's why the two lived in the mountains rather than the forest. "Bryce, w-why did we have to come at night?" Satt whined fearfully, still sticking close to his taller friend. Bryce chuckled and shrugged "It's just easier and lessens the chances of us being seen." Bryce replied casually, ruffling his shorter friends thick black hair with a giggle. Satt only huffed and followed behind Bryce nervously.

It wasn't too much longer, maybe an hour, when the two finally reached their friends wooden cottage. Unlike most buildings, it was made of wood rather than stone. The two smiled and ran up to the door excitedly, like children running towards an amusement park ride. Bryce knocked on the door, bouncing on his feet in anticipation. Satt was doing the same, eyes bright as they both waited for their friend to open the door. The loud stomping of footsteps could be heard coming from the house and Bryce and Satt both laughed when they heard a loud crash and cussing come from inside soon after, he always had been a loud person ((*wink* *wink*~Moa)). The door suddenly swung open and the two were treated with a bear hug from Delirious. Bryce laughed and picked his friend up in a hug, spinning him around while being careful not to hit Satt who laughed at Bryce's display. "Alright, alright, you tall son of a bitch! Put me down so I can hug Lize ((pronounced like 'Lies'))!" The shorter male said playfully, running to give Satt a bear hug after Bryce set him down. Satt smiled happily, and Bryce smiled, Satt always had a special spot for Jon, and seeing him mope for the 2 months he was away was painful to watch, but it was worth it seeing the look of pure happiness on his face now that their friend had returned. "So what are you two fuckers doing up here?" Jon said once Satt had let go of him. Both boys gave him a bewildered look. "Do we need a reason! You left for two months, we missed you!" Bryce said with a laugh. Jon chuckled, cheeks becoming pink as he shrugged in response. "Also, we have some pretty nice stuff to trade." Bryce said with a devious smirk and Jon returned it with one just as mischievous. Jon was a fence, a person who traded and sold stolen items, so Bryce and Satt always went to him when they had to sell the stolen goods they couldn't play off as their own, and Jon was happy to do so.

"Holy Shit. I've been trying to get my hands on these gems for ages! Bryce, you sneaky mother fucker!" Jon said with a laugh and a huge smile as he looked at the gems with an awe-struck look on his face. Bryce laughed and shrugged, trying not to boast. He was never one for bragging, and believed that a person's actions spoke louder than their words. After the deal was done with, the two exchanged goodbyes, and hugs and went on their way, wide smiles stuck on their faces.

The next day the boys went back to their friend and invited his to join them on a trip into town. The three were laughing, pushing and shoving one another as the ran down the streets, avoiding people on horse back and people in carriages making their way down the cobblestone streets of the large town. It was all fun and games until someone got shoved a little too hard.

Luke and Ryan had been walking down the street when they saw a black haired boy get pushed into the path of a speeding carriage. Luke quickly rushed forward and grabbed the mans collar, pulling him back and out of the carriage's path. Luke panted and smiled down at the shorter male, eyes widening when he gave the man a once over. He had mid length blonde hair, and dark blue eyes that had a mischievous spark in them. He was pale and had soft feature, a light dusting of freckles beneath his eyes and across the bridge of his nose. "Well, thank you, I believe I owe you something for your help." The blond said, standing on his tippy toes and pecking Luke's cheek before walking off with his friends. Luke stood there, cheeks pink as he touched the place where the boy had kissed him. He looked at Ryan with an awe-struck look and happy eyes. "H-He kissed my cheek." Luke mumbled, still looking at Ryan, who rolled his eyes in response, but he couldn't help but do a double take when he noticed the same stunning person from the tavern walking next to Luke's new crush. He realized then, he had to find out who that guy was, and he wouldn't rest until he did.
