*India POV*
I am so excited for my first day at work, and I feel so lucky getting a chance to work on a real broadway production having just turned 20 years old.
And to make it even better, I get to work with Tom Hiddleston, yeah I know he is almost old enough to be my father, but he is still damn hot and he is just so nice too from what I've heard.
Today they start the dress rehearsals, so from now on I am needed there to do his hair and make up and be ready for touch ups.
When I arrive at the theatre I spot Tom outside, he is hard to miss, damn he really is tall. He is talking to some fans that has been waiting for him, writing autographs and taking pictures, smiling happily the whole time.
The fans are gushing over him, but he is charming and humble as he talks to them, seemingly making everyone feel good and welcome, he seems to fully live up to his reputation.
"Please let me get the door for you". I hear a warm deep voice as I try to use my access card, open the door and carry all my stuff at the same time.
A long arm reaches past me and push the door open, and I look up to see Tom smiling at me. "Thank you".
"Your very welcome darling, so you work on the production ?" He asks as he follows me inside.
I hold up my big make-up case and says, blushing slightly. "Yeah, I am working in hair and make-up, actually I am going to work with you".
"Then I better introduce myself better, here let me take that for you". He gently takes the case from my hand, with his left, extending his right hand to me. "Hi I am Tom, a pleasure meeting you".
"I kind of knew that, I am India. Thank you so much for taking that, it is kind of heavy". I say placing my much smaller hand in his, feeling his big hand engulf mine totally.
We walk down the hallway. "So India, is this the first time working on Broadway ? I hope you won't take it the wrong way, but you look very young".
"Well yes it is, and I have just turned 20 years old, so I guess I am kind of young". I say with a giggle, he is not only handsome and charming but seems genuinely nice, but to be honest, my heart already belong to another man.
He lifts one eyebrow, making this cute face were he pout his lip but only on one side. "Oh just a baby then. Are you from around here or moved to the big city for your dreams ?"
"No luckily I am from here, still living at home with my mother to be honest, which makes it all much easier not having to worry about rent and such". I say when I am done giggling.
He nods slowly. "I think that is really great, having the support from home, to be able to go after your dreams if they are attainable, your mother must be really proud then".
"Yeah, she is happy for me, she is just the best, she has always been there for me, even through all the hard time she have had the last year". I smile, my mother is my best friend but also my rock and my teacher.
He looks at me, his eyes showing genuine interest. "I hope it is okay to ask, but what happened ? It sound like something bad the way you say it".
"My father is just a major ducebag, he suddenly decided after twenty years that my mother wasn't good enough anymore and ran of to marry some model only 3 years older than me". I say, my anger towards my father shining through.
I shrug slightly, I don't need my father, my mother has been so strong through this. He sounds so honest saying. "That sounds like a shitty thing to do, I hope your mom is okay".
"Yeah, luckily she is a tough cookie, but she deserved better after all those years". I say as we reaches the door to the the make-up department, he has carried my case all the way.
He smiles at me and hands me the case. "Well nice meeting you India, and I guess we'll be seeing a lot more of each other, so see you around sweetie".
"Thank you, see you later". I say as I walk in to set up my stuff, and Tom heads back to his own changing room to get ready for rehearsals.

*Tom POV*
I smile to myself as I walk down to my dressing room, well my make-up artist India seems like a nice girl, but a girl none the less, way to young for me to look at in any other way.
The story she told about her mother touched me, I mean I know how it feels to be left by someone you thought loved you, but after twenty years, I can't even start to imagine.
And well after twenty years, her mom might have put on weight or let herself go a bit, I don't know, but you know if that is a problem you talk about it, you don't just exchange your wife for a younger model, especially not one almost the age of your daughter. Honestly her father sounds like a jerk.
Her mother deserves to find a better man, one that will treat her right, but I know it is hard these days, especially when you are not in your twenties, and her mother is probably around 50, which makes it even harder.
But it is kind of hard for all of us, the pressure, the expectations, everyone wanting perfection, scared of settling for less, it is a hard game.
And then my thoughts go to that day in the park again, I so wished I had gotten her number, I can't seem to forget her, Ginny, I have even went for walks in the park several times, hoping to bump into her and even called Luke, who told me he couldn't really do anything with just a nickname.
