You walk down the vacant part of your city and see a young male seemingly 'tough', but had fresh cuts and bruises covering his body. He's smaller than your average male, but from the way he was dressed you could only assume he was some sort of gang member, bad boy, delinquent, rebel-rouser, and/or etc. When you got close to help, you could hear his hoarse voice whisper/growl.
