CHAPTER 6:

“ You should have told me earlier Jose. It’s been a week now, there is no sign of him. I know he’ll take me home back to Spain to marry that stupid Baron that barely knows how to feed himself.” She said walking up and down in her cabin furiously.

“ Unless..” he suggested 

“ Unless what, Jose?”

“ Unless you’re already married.” 

“ Married!” she spat out “ That’s absurdo! My father won’t fall for the act. He knows every member in my crew from head to toe.”

“ What about the Englishman. He’s a new face. Hermoso, alto, muscular, good enough. “

“ How do you know he’ll accept to help me?”

“ Oh, please! You can offer him his freedom, he’ll do anything for it, I’m sure. He’s been in that dungeon for a week now, he refuses to do any work what so ever.”

“ Spoiled brat!” she hissed “ He has to be willing to lie better than I do, I’m terrible at lying, specially to mi padre.” 

She headed down to the dungeons dressed in snug brown britches and a white blouse with a belt on her thin waist, if she weren’t in the sea people would consider it most provocative for a lady to wear what she had been wearing, but she had found it impossible to get herself into a dress and besides she’d slice open the throat of a man if he looked at her improperly.

She unlocked the dungeons doors to find him sitting at the corner of the cell looking at her with wide eyes but madness flaring in them, he had to be mad, she’d locked him in this cell for almost a week now .

“ What? You’ve never seen a woman with britches before?” she asked knowing the reason of his awe.

“ No, I have seen a woman wear such snug breeches that show everything!” he replied looking a bit annoyed.

“ I’ve come to ask for your help. I-”

“ Capitan! Piratas! Piratas!” shouted Rocco opening the dungeons door.

“ Eh?! What’s the ships name? Who is the Capitan of the ship?”

“ The Black Octopus, Capitan Goldfinger. He did it once before and was able to steal half our swag .”

“ Lead the way through Rocco.” She said turning her head towards Orlando and adding “ You come with me.” 

Before he was able to protest, she held his hand and yanked him trying to get him to stand up but he was far too heavy.

“Stand up Englishman!” she struggled to say as she continued to yank him with every power she had.

“It’s Orlando, by the by what’s yours?” he replied

“It’s no time for introduction, come with me.” She said.

He stood up and allowing her to lead him, walked slowly after her. 

CHAPTER 7:

“ Rocco go find your father and Fernando, I’ll distract the enemy. Go!” said Capitan Espada taking out her sword and leading Orlando through the dark fire and sound of pistols being shot and men struggling to death.
