The Truth

Jin POV
I was at home....cooking, when my phone rang.  It was a blocked number.  The only number that I knew I blocked was...Mark.  I picked it up anyways.

"We need to talk Jin..."

"Really?  Cause the last time you said that-"

"Just shut up and come to my place."

"Why should I eve-"

"Do you want Emily to get hurt?!"

*rolls eyes/worried* "I'll be there in a few."

I grabed my jacket and keys and drove to Mark's house.  I arrived shortly and before I could knock on the door, Mark opened it and dragged me in.

Mark|~"Come in."
Jin|~*taking off jacket ad hanging keys up* "What do you want to talk about?"
Mark|~"Have a seat."
Jin makes his way to the couch an sits across from Mark.
Jin|~"Now talk...."
Mark|~"I--"
Jin|~*annoyingly sighs*
Mark|~"......"
Jin|~"If your not gonna talk I'm leaving!"
Mark|~"I NEED YOUR HELP!"
Jin|~"With what....?"
Mark|~"With.....Emily."
Jin|~*what?!* "What are you talking about?"
Mark|~"She.....she..."
Jin|~"Mark!"
Mark|~"Ok...so you know the box...?"
Jin|~"Yea...why? *oh no!* "Did you show it to Emily?!"
Mark|~"Yes...."
Jin|~*OMG* "AND?!"
Mark|~"She reacted to them...."
Jin|~"Did she-"
Mark|~"Faint?! Yea...she did."
Jin|~"Then....."
Mark|~"Yea......"
Jin|~"So...."
Mark|~"You might be right after all."
Jin|~"About what I told you?"
Mark|~*nods yes*
Jin|~"Now what?"
Mark|~"I-I want to find out......the truth...."
Jin|~"Ok....so....?"
Mark|~"I need your help."
Jin|~"how am I gonna help?!"
Mark|~"Help me figure out if this Emily IS Emily.....!  I have to know.  One can't be just like another...."
Jin|~"I wanna know too, so yes..."
Mark|~*looks up confused*
Jin|~"I'll help you!"
Mark|~"Thanks Jin.  It's just.  You and I are the only people that I can think of that know her well."
Jin|~"Well..."
Mark|~"Oh...by the way.  Why were you with Emily on Friday or Saturday?"
Jin|~"About that....."
Mark|~*stands up and crosses his arms* "What....?"
Jin|~"I found out things!"
Mark|~"Like.....!?"
Jin|~"She likes chocolate ice cream...like Emily did."
Mark|~"JIN!  What good does that help?!  Your telling me that you found out she likes chocolate ice cream!  Are you serious?!"
Jin|~"AND....! And....I brought her to the white rose garden....you know....the one I brought her to for her birthday....yea.  And she acted weird when she looked at the white roses.  I feel like she had a memory triggered or something...."
Mark|~*flashback to what Emily said before falling asleep*
"Me....Jin.....Birthday.....Garden....white rose....I don't know...."
Jin|~"Hello? Earth to Mark!!!  Are you there?!"
Mark|~"Huh?! Oh yea...go on."
Jin|~"After that we left to the field, then you took her..."
Mark|~"Ok....is that all...?"
Jin|~"Yea....I just....."
Mark|~"What?"
Jin|~"If Emily died......then......then...how can another transfer student come here....one year later......look almost exactly like her....and have almost the exact same personality?!!? That doesn't just happen Mark!  How?"
Mark|~"I wish I knew...."
Jin|~"Unless...."
Mark|~"What.....?" *wait....maybe she*
Mark and Jin|~"She didn't die..." *looking at each other*
Mark|~"Is it even possible?!"
Jin|~"We saw her fall into the water!?!"

After Mark and Jin left....Emily that jumped off Han river bridge was somehow saved.   As f she was granted a second chance.  A boat happen to pass by and see her floating before she completely died.  Water was trapped in her lungs.  Surgery was too difficult for Korea...causing her to be in special care and transferred to America.  American hospitals specialized in lung care more than Korea...so Emily was treated there and healed there.  Although the he survived the surgery, she was stuck in a coma for 6 months.  Missing her parents funerals, because she was still in a coma, she never had the chance to say goodbye to them.  More months passed by and Emily finally woke up.  She took cat scans and was detected to have lost major memories with anything related to what happened before, during and after the incident.  All she remembered was her name...age...grade....and  herself.  Not knowing nor remembering anyone from Korea besides her Aunt that lived there.  After she was discharged, unfortunately her grandma died from old age, leaving Emily emotionally scarred from all the deaths of loved one.  She then had to move to Korea with her Aunt.   To start a new life...now knowing what happened 1 year later....unaware of who Mark and Jin were or her relationship with her.
Not remembering anything.....
