The darkness hides us away,
Fearing that one day we'll pave our own way.
Loud is her cry,
Violent her nature. As her hands sew the seed of night,
We hide away.Scared of her,
Terrified of her,
Oh, how we loathe her.Oh,
How we wish we can be her. Then there is him,
The unreachable,
The light at the end of life.Oh, how we want to be with him,
But she won't let us.Darkness surrounds us,
Thick like a blanket,
Her cries are deafening,
As loud as thunder she roars.Keeping us safe from them.
The poison in the air,
The murk at the bottom of the lake,
The fear in your trembles.
Out they crawl;
Looking,
Wishing,
Hoping to be loved.I know they see you,
My friend.Oh, how she wants you,
Oh, how he won't let her.
Between too greats,
One full of Monsters,
The other full of Monsters. What is the difference you ask?
There is none,
We are the Monsters. The ones who hide away,
Afraid to be seen,
Afraid to be loved. All we want is to be noticed by something,
Or someone.And we are. . .
The darkness crawls over us like a thick fog,
Choking us until our last breath leaves. Then we have a choice,
Banish the Darkness and embrace the Light,
Or Banish the Light and embrace the Darkness.Which ever you choose,
Friend,
I will stand by your side.Nothing will make me leave this post,
I care too much,
I know. But the Darkness isn't what she seems,
There is an evil glint in her eyes,
How she pushes you.We all have had enough,
Her pain flows through us like blood. His Light is fading,
My friend,
We must choose quickly. The choice is yours,
Just remember,
I will stand by your side and fight along with you. . .
