Devin woke Evelyn up a few hours later, Not knowing if it was morning or not because they where stuck in the "swirl" that was solid black, but she seemed pretty rested when she awoke.
Devin: " Did you sleep well, princess?"
Evelyn: " yes, Did you?"
Devin: " actually, I stayed up to keep You safe."
Evelyn: "Aw, Devin you needed rest Too!"
Devin: " I'll be fine, Your needs come First."
Evelyn: " Aw, But now can you please Explain a little of what's Going on, please?"
Devin: " Uh fine, but only a little. "
Evelyn: " yayy go ahead."
Devin: " Now I'm gonna tell you a Secret of mine...Don't freak Out but.......I'm a demon Hunter and so is Evan."
Evelyn: " Well, that explains a lot ."
Devin: " Evi, I'm sorry I never told you while I still had time .... And I know who the voice that was talking to you is....."
Evelyn: " W-who and how did you know about that??"
Devin: "He is the Keeper of the other world.....The Dead and he wants All humans to Become his people....I know he talked to you because he made me watch, I was there the whole time, but you couldn't see or hear me . Then he put me here ...and when I heard breathing i didn't know it was you and that's when I yelled ."
Evelyn: " O-Oh ....so you know why he wanted Evan's necklace??"
Devin: " yes. The necklace is his key to the other world. The.....dark side. He wants to use it to unlock the separation of the two worlds. If he Makes it , Me and Evan will probably be the first to go because we kept him from doing it all these years."
Evelyn: " what do you mean all these years?? How many years have you even been alive??" .
Devin: Oh 116 actually ....but don't freak out and think that your dating a 116 year old man cause I just stay forever young ..because I'm only 98% human that is...".
Evelyn: "Oh my god!! Well remember I gave the necklace to him !! He's got the key now what are we gonna do!?".
Devin: " Well he can't unlock the worlds until he has the power oh one of us, like me or Evan because we are the protectors of this world, we work for the good. But he can easily force one of us into giving him our powers."
Evelyn: "What can we do to stop him ??? He already can get your powers Cause were in his whatever the hell this place is !!".
Devin: " well the only things we can do are get out Of here some how and get Help from Evan cause he probably knows what to do or just pray to god im strong enough to refuse giving the powers."
Evelyn: " it would be safer to get outta here but how are we gonna do that ! We can't even see for god sakes."
Devin: " There's a way outta here somewhere there has to be . It's a portal and there's always an out way of a portal we just need a way to see ."
Evelyn: " wait I have a flashlight! Here turn it on ."
Devin: " it won't work here. Human things aren't gonna work in a portal ya cute little dork."
Evelyn: " Hehehe, well maybe we should move around and wait til we feel the portal exit ."
Devin: " it's worth a try.
Evelyn and devin moved themselves around with their arms waving to feel the exit. They looked for almost an hour til finally......
Devin: " Evi!!, come here " .
Evelyn: " okay okay ! What is it did you find it??"
Devin: " I think so !! Put your hands in front of you til you feel where mine are ."
Evelyn: " Oh my god !!! You found it !!"
Devin: " I'll go first to make sure it's safe then you come right behind got it?"
Evelyn: "Okay!!"
Devin went through the portal. When he went through, it lit up. It was a galaxy like color and was spinning. She didn't want to be left alone in that dark swirl she was in so she caught her breath and went through. She couldn't see Devin anymore as the galaxy like colors started to Blind her and it started spinning faster and faster. Finally , it went still but she could still only see the galaxy.

She woke up asleep on Her grandma's couch .....In the same house where she started off visiting Evan. Then she noticed Devin was laying next to her asleep on the couch. She didn't bother him and in her mind he looked kind of cute asleep. Then she looked up at the clock sitting on the coffee table . It read 4:56 am. She didn't know how the portal lead her perfectly to where they needed to go... But somehow it did . She let herself and Devin rest and pulled up the Blanket over her while snuggling into Devin's chest.
