"honestly, I just really don't see the point?", I say to Ila. she's showing me another one of her stupid games.
"that's because your not normal!", she says back laughing.
I roll my eyes while looking through some clothes on the racks. I feel my phone vibrate in my pocket. I pull it out.
"who is it?", Ila asks trying to take a peek at my screen.
"Josh". I say putting my phone back into my pocket.
"what did he say?!", Ila yells. I give her a weird look. she snatches my phone from my pocket and reads the message.
Uncle Josh: make sure you get some banana's I'm gonna be pranking your dad
I roll my eyes at Ila crushing over Josh. "we're SO getting married!", she says giving me a smirk.
I snatch my phone back. "you know that he's like thirty one and your thirteen?" I ask her trying to snap her out of her daydream.
"practically fourteen!", she says using it as an excuse.
I roll my eyes and head over to the next isle. "there's nothing interesting here, do you wanna go and get those banana's?", I ask her half rolling my eyes.
"anything for Jishwa", she says giving me a smirk.
I furrow my eyebrows trying not to laugh but at the same time gag. my phone starts to ring in my pocket. I take it out and answer it. It's my dad.
Me: hello?
Dad<3 : hey Liv, is Josh up to something?
Me: uh, what do you mean?
Dad<3 : I don't know, he's acting weird and I feel like he's up to something
Me: okay, why ask me?
Dad<3 : because your always in on his pranks
Me: I don't know what he's up to dad
Dad<3 : something tells me that your lying?
Me: why's that?
Dad<3 : because I can tell if your lying
Me: uhhhh, fine. Josh wanted to prank you by trashing the studio room with bananas
Dad<3 : I KNEW IT!
Me: okay dad, I really have to go
Dad<3 : okay bud, stay safe
Me: I will
I hung up the phone and put it back in the back pocket of my jeans. "well, looks like we won't be getting those banana's".
"Josh is so hot. how do you not crush on him?", Ila asks furrowing her eyebrows.
"because he's my dad's best friend and he's like my second dad", I reply back as we start to walk out of the shop and just start to wonder around.
"uh, his bright yellow hair, his shiny white teeth, his abs"., she continues to list Josh's perfections until I elbow her to shut up. "ow, what was that for?".
I roll my eyes and continue to keep walking. I hear my ring tone go off again. I take my phone out of my pocket and see that I'm getting a call from mom.
Me: Hello?
Mom: hi honey, meet us outside of the mall we're leaving now okay?
Me: okay
I hung up. "okay we're leaving now, mom said to meet us out front".
Ila nods and we begin to walk outside of the mall to meet mom and auntie Mads.
on the car ride home the song 'tear in m y heart' came on. mom was singing the words and so was my auntie. I kept on rolling my eyes.
by the time that we had dropped off Ila and gotten home, mom and dad's bags were packed and ready for the European tour. they were leaving really early in the morning. we were all sitting in the living room watching a movie. grandma Kelly was also over as for she is going to be looking after me while my parents and Josh are on tour.
the movie finish's and I stand up and let out a big yawn. I check the time on my phone and it's 9:30. "you better head off to bed missy", grandma says nodding her head towards the stairs. I nod.
dad stands up, and he waves me over to him. I walk over to him and wrap my arms around him sighing. I hardly ever get to spend time with him anymore since he and Josh started to blow out.
"it's only for a few months kido", he says rubbing my back. "we'll be back before you know it".
I pull out from the hug giving him a nod. the lump in my throat made it hard for me to say anything so I just stayed silent. I turn to mom who stands up and pulls me in for a hug. I could feel her eyes watering.
"I'm gonna miss your stubborn attitude", she says holding back tears. I let out a little laugh trying not to cry.
"I'm gonna miss you guys", I say pulling out of the hug.
I look at mom and then at dad who are both smiling at me. dad gives me a kiss on the forehead and ruffles my hair.
"go on kid, time for bed" he says nodding his head up the stairs.
I nod and start to walk up the stairs. half way up the stairs I turn around and look down at my parents who are staring at me smiling. I let out a big sigh and turn back around and head to my room.
A/N:
today I had to share a presentation. I actually didn't have an anxiety attack this time. although I did feel my knees shaking and I had to bend down and hold onto them while reading off of the screen. last time I had to share a presentation I said about five words while I could barely stand and then said that I was finished. and then sat down and started to cry. (in front of the whole class). and then two bitches started to talk shit about meh and my presentation which made me feel like absolute shit. but luckily that didn't happen this time.
anyways......
I wrote out a whole lot of other shit for this chapter, and then it got deleted and I honestly just couldn't be stuffed writing it out AGAIN.
so sorry if this chapter is shit like all of my other ones.
doesn't really matter cause I'm pretty sure that me and my friend are the only people that actually read these chapters lol.
