Bella's POV

Last night was the best night of my existence. It was the night Edward and I were closer then ever. Hes alway trying to be careful with me, but that quickly changed. I wonder what had changed him? Strength is the least of our problems now, its more like trying to keep our hands off of each other in public, which was suprisingly hard.

I spent the day at the Cullen's house, planning with the rest of my new family. Charlie's been freaking out that im gone, so I'm going home tonight; The whole family knows about our recent wedding plans, everyone was so excited!

Alice started going into wedding plans immediately, she was more excited then I was. Edward told me not to let it bother me though, Alice was an unstoppable force of nature! Even if I wanted to stop her I probably couldnt. She could be scary sometimes, and I wasnt about to mess with her.

Everyones telling me not to panic, but I couldnt help it! Now that we were engagged, people are bound to know! The one person who should be told first, was Charlie, but I knew if we told him he'd probably have a heart attack! I just introduced Edward as my date, and now were engagged? It wasnt such a good idea, but I knew we couldnt keep it from him forever.

I couldnt wear my ring the right way, and I couldnt wear it backwards. Alice gave me the idea to wear it around my neck, so far she sees nothing wrong with it. I would have to be careful though, If anyone found out I would be dead; I still remember Edward's face when I took off the ring, his expression was so hurt... I wanted to put it back on my finger and kiss him, but of course I couldnt.

I was in the Cullen's kitchen preparing food for Charlie. Esme invited him over for dinner, I didnt think it was half a bad idea, except for the vampires. They all had to eat the human food. Emmett, Rose, Alice and Jasper all managed to get out. They were going 'shopping' eatting at the food court there, and Carlisle was still at work.

I was cutting up fruit, Esme suggested a fruit salad. I thought it was a great idea! Charlie would rather eat out, but I think something healthy would be good for him.

Edward was helping me, for someone who doesnt eat its suprising how much he knows.

"Edward? Can you get me a bowl please?" I put the fruit to the side, and grabbed an apple.

I held the apple in my left hand, and the knife in my right. I pressed the knife into the side of the big red apple, its skin shinning off the light coming from the window. The knife didnt move an inch, I wanted to chuck the apple at the wall.

I tried again, pressing the knife harder against the apple. It sunk in but not that much.

I was getting pissed off, why? I didnt know. The knife was sharp, it cut through everything like butter! But not the apple.

I slammed the knife down harshly, and it cut through the apple like it was nothing. I didnt realize I had managed to cut my skin until I saw the red liquid drip onto the floor, and thats when I felt it.

"Damn it!" I cursed under my breath. Pain shot through my body, like an electric shock.

The apple fell from my hand, and on the counter. My hand was covered in blood, and more pouring out of it. I knew I had cut it deep, I would probably have to get stichies; I blocked out the pain and just watched the little drops of my blood drip on the counter one by one.

Drip....

Drip...

Drip...

I forgot about Edward in that moment, until I heard a growl.

I grabbed the dish towel and wrapped it around my blood covered hand. "I-I.. Edward," I whispered. I was afraid, not for myself but for him. I must be causing him so much pain! What have I done? "Im s-sorry... I didnt know... the blood it just-" He cut me off.

His hands wrapped around my waist, his cold breath was suddenly at my ear, making me shiver. "Bella, relax," He mumbled.

He held my hand, keeping pressure on it. "I'll call Carlisle, we'll be there before you know it,"

I didnt notice the pain was gone, until Edward added pressure. What? It was just hurting a second ago! Why didnt it hurt now? Was it because he held my hand, keeping pressure on it?

I pulled my hand away from him, and unwrapped the blood stained towel.

No cut, no blood, no nothing. I turned my hand over and over, staring at it shocked. I cut my hand! The blood stained on the towel and counter was proof! What is happening?

Holding up my hand to Edward, I stared at him in shock. "My hand! It was just... Edward you saw it right? I cant be... it was just..." I trailed off, groaning.

I was so confused. My hand had just healed so fast, how?

Edward shut his eyes, pulling away from me. He looked guilty. Guilty? Was there something he wasnt telling me?

"Edward? Are you... okay?" I couldnt do nothing but whisper. He was hiding something, I could tell. Why would he lie to me? And If he did lie to me, what about? "What arent you telling me?" I asked him, suprising myself. Did I just say that?

He sighed. "Bella, I-." The phone rang, cutting him off. He quickly ran, at vampire speed and picked up the phone. "Hello?"

I saw his body tense up, his expression was shocked. Who was it?

You cant tell her. A voice screamed into the phone, causing me to freeze. How could I hear them?

"When can I tell her? I cant keep it from her," He muttered into the phone. "She has a right to know!" He added in.

Not yet. If you tell her she'll leave. Leave? How did they know I would leave?

Edward winched. "I cant keep lieing to her, shes getting to me,"

I zoned out. Who was Edward talking to? And what was this big secret Edward was keeping from me? If you tell her she'll leave. How would they know Id leave? I wouldnt leave, I love Edward to much to leave. But that still didnt tell me anything. How did I heal so quickly? So many unsolved questions... but I would find out, if it was the last thing I do.

I know its short, I am so sorry! I have been really really busy. Not in the mood to write ATM either, alot has been happening. Ive been dealing with alot of emotional problems, im under alot of stress, everythings crazy in my life. And it dont help that I just lost my God child/ niece or nephew... :'( I will post soon! Just bare with me here! I need to sort things out in my life first before I write. Im so sorry guys! Lets just hope I can get things going good fast?
