Virgil let out a sigh as he leaned back in his chair. So..all of these people were back on earth and not in aperture? Weird.
He pressed the 'contact' buttons on all of them, writing the letters as well.
One thing that confused him, though, was how Wheatley and GLaDOS were in the same place. They hated each other, didn't they?
Virgil just sighed again. He'll just find out when they get there.

A few weeks down the line, a letter arrived in Cara's mailbox. Carrying it inside, she sighed.
With her dual colored eyes, sue had always gotten teased about them. Apparently, heterochromia was very rare. Especially when one of them is a glowy blue, and the other a glowy yellow.
Sitting down, she sighed and opened it. There were rusty fingerprints all over it.
Time to start reading it.
' Dear Wheatley and GLaDOS! Its such a pleasure to contact you guys. My name is Virgil, and I work at the place called Aperture Science. I'm pretty sure you both know what that is. Anyway, the reason I'm contacting you is because there will be a meet up and some ... tests coming up. On the twenty-seventh of august, to be exact.
I will contact the other cores, as well, so they know to get here. I'm sure you both know the address, so I hope to see you there!
— Sincerely, Virgil.'
Is what the letter read. Looking at the calendar, she sighed. August 27th was only 3 days away! Might as well start getting her stuff together.
—————
The same day, Cara was already ready! Grabbing her stuff, she started to head out the door. Locking it, she walked away.
She would take a train there, since it would be more convenient. The others would probably take it, as well.
When she got on the train, there wasn't really much people on, except for her. She sat down, taking the picture of her mom and dad out of her pocket.
She sighed again, looking down at it. They had told her before she left for college, that they used to work at that Aperture place. They said they both had control over it once.
" I'll try not to get too bossy, guys.. " She said, taking out her phone as well. Then she remembered she had their number!
Calling it, she could hardly conraain her excitement.
After two rings, Wheatley picked up. " Hello–? " He asked, Caa letting out a tiny squeal of excitement.
" H–..Hey dad! Its Cara! Is mom there? " She said, as the train started.
" Oh er—.. yes, sweetie, she's here. You sound very excited? Is there something you want to tell us..? " He asked, as he was curious.
" Yes! Put it on speaker, please! " She said, as Wheatley did. GLaDOS' voice sounded.
" Cara! Hey! Dad told me you have something to say? Would you say it, please? " She said, Cara letting out another excited squeal.
" Yes! Yes! Okay..y-you guys know that old science place, Aperture, was it? " She asked, both of them responded with yes.
" W-Well..I got a letter today, saying that I have to go there! F-For a meet up! " She said. Wheatley and GLaDOS became quiet.
" ..I promise I won't hurt anybody there. I won't lose control. I promise.. " She said, before the two said 'okay, be safe' and such. Then she hung up.
It was twelve at night, and it was August twenty-third. Time to get some rest. Maybe she would meet the other three in the morning..
