“This would surely be the peak of your hardships! Goodluck bessy!”
“Thank you, bessy!” with a smile, “Oh siya, may we proceed inside now?”
Posturang-posturang pumasok sa boardroom si Luna with a smile.
“Goodmorning everyone!” aniya.
“Goodmorning Ms. Ferrera!” sagot ng crowd.
“I guess we may start this presentation of my proposal gentlemen?” paghingi niya ng permiso.
Pero may biglang sumagot sa entourage, “But ma’am, we’re pleased to do such but Mr. Carlos is not yet around.”
Napataas ang kilay ni Luna habang nagsasalita ang utak niya...

sabay sagot sa reply ng sekretarya ni Mr. Carlos, “Do this Mr. Carlos knew how important was the time of all this trustees present in this meeting?

“Pardon Mr. Carlos ma’am, but I’ll just try to contact him as eager as possible,” natataranta na ang sekretarya.
“Okay, but what was the role of this Mr. Carlos for my project anyway?” tanong niya.
Sumagot ang head ng firm na si Architect Cruz, “My contacted contractor for your proposed development. They we’re superior for those sort of projects, Ms. Ferrera.”
“A-uhm, okay then. So I bet he really IS in urgent need for this meeting to be present. Gentlemen, I will just try to explain everything in my proposal in the most convenient and fastest way I can to at least recover the time waiting for Mr. Carlos. I consider the thought that you Gentlemen are strict with your schedule. I promise to end this proposal on time,”
paliwanag ni Luna sa entourage na may kasamang diin sa word na ‘IS’.
Sumagot naman ‘yung owner nung resort na si Mrs. Villafuete, “Well, for that Ms. Ferrera, I appreciate you.”
“Thank you so much, ma’am!”
Matapos ang isang magandang compliment galling kay Mrs. Villafuerte, katok sa pinto ang sumunod.
Agad binuksan ni Denya ang pinto.
