The next day Ramsay came to escort her to Bolton's settlement extremely early. Ella felt strangely excited that she is was going to stay with Ramsay the next 3 days. When he saw him emerging from the trees she smiled. He was a handsome, tall, curly-haired boy with grey eyes. "But he also is your best friend" she reminded herself.

"Are you ready my lady?"

"I am not a lady!"

They walked through the forest until they reached Bolton's settlement. The most tents had been packed up but the settlement still seemed huge to Ella.

"All these tents, but you couldn't bring a maester?" whispered Ella

"Ramsay? Where have you been? Your father has been looking for you. He was so worried!" said a servant which suddenly appeared from the biggest tent.

"I am sure he was." said Ramsay ironically

"Who is the girl you are escorting?"

"That poor girl was surrounded by thieves when I saw her. I will take her to Winterfell where there is no danger for her."

"Does your father know about this?"

"No he doesn't!" said a strict and loud voice behind them

They turned around and they saw Roose Bolton. He was an average height man around forty. His face was plain, hairless and there was nothing special about him except from his eyes. He had Ramsay's eyes. They were grey; paler than stone, darker than milk. Ella had never seen him. Ramsay grew up with his mother in Dorne while his father stayed at Dreadfort.

"Father... it is too dangerous for her out there..."

"Take her! Like I care. But you will take care of her. You will feed her, you will get her a horse and she will sleep in your tent."

"Of course father!"

"Thank you my lord!" said Ella

"We have to leave!" yelled Roose and then he turned to his son; "Are you stupid? Why are you staring at me like this? Get her a horse! She is your responsibility!"

Ramsay ran to the place where the horses where held and brought two horses. The first was black, tall and strong. The second was dark brown with black hair. It was short but it seemed fierce.Ella liked this animal...

"What is its name?"

"It is a her and her name is Volcana."

"Like a volcano I guess?"

"You guessed right!" he smiled with a tricky expression on his face. "Do you want any help?"

"I am not a porcelain lady in a silk dress"

"For me you will always be a lady!"

" Shut up!"

Ella rode her horse and started her pleasant journey to Winterfell. Ramsay and Ella talked, joked, laughed and every now and then they raced until a tree. Ella always won but she had a feeling that Ramsay let her win.

"It is not fair!"

"What?"

"You let me win!"

"I am not!" said like he was offended. "Lets make a bet to prove you that you are wrong."

"What kind of bet?"

"I bet I can catch you."

"Oh we will see that!" She started running with her horse. Ramsay went after her as fast as his horse could go. Now Ella could see how good was Ramsay at riding. He had caught her in few minutes. They were laughing so hard that they didn't notice a huge direwolf in front of them, not until it showed its teeth and growled fiercely.
