It was exactly four years ago when I fell in love. Her name was Hope BettingField and she was my best friend. I don't know if I was hers but to me...she was everything. My name is Dakota Parker. I am currently 5ft 9, have dark brown hair, I wear the same shirt and jeans everyday, and am disliked by most everyone. When I started high school at Muldor Brace (which sounds disgusting) everyone hated me. And that's not an exaggeration, I guy named Jacob Lince literally came up to me and said ,"I hate you, like I hate onions." At first I didn't understand but then I found out that Lince and a few of his buddies had been smoking pot in the school bathroom, but that's not the point of this story. After three months of attending this school, I decided that no one would enjoy my company (besides my mother) and kept to my studies. You would think that a kid who only focused on his studies would have decent grades, but you'd be wrong. During that time I was already failing two classes and had C's in the rest. It was only when I was walking out of 'Literature and Composition', which I was failing, that I ran into her. Hope BettingField, the most beautiful girl in the world. Now, while she was worrying about her books that fell and apologizing about running into me, I was worrying about the boner that was already forming in my pants.
"Oh my god, I'm so sorry", she said.
"Uh...ummm..I, uhh", I replied casually.
"Well sorry about that, anyway I have to get to Algebra. The teacher gets so mad if your not there on time, I swear she can be such a bitch", she explained then walked away.
I couldn't help but stare as she walked down the hall. Her long Auburn hair with multiple colors of the rainbow flowing down her back, her blue tank top and shorts fit her perfectly. To end it off she was wearing purple flip flops and her toes were painted bright red. Others might have said she was "weird" or "random" but I thought she was breathtaking. Unfortunately the more I thought about the more my pants tightened and my mouth went dry, so I quickly grabbed my books and walked to my next class.
