Mikah had a vision. A vision of the Director, Miss Marvella.
He managed to say three things before going into a coma;
"A red plume on a helmet."
"A zeplin."
"Go to the Shadows."
Anybody who thinks they can help Mikah, please go to the infirmary. It's going to be a struggle just to keep him alive.
Meanwhile, Missy devised a plan. To teleport a large group through time would take too much strain on any Time Manipulator so instead they will build their own time machine.
The machine will conduct the abilities of a time traveller throughout, allowing a large group to be taken back in time with minimal damage.
Also, Missy asks that all people with useful powers help out. Volunteers for the trip will meet up every night at 6pm outside the mechanics shed until the time machine is completed.
