Ethan drives to your house rings your doorbell and sees you by the window. You hesitate but open the door. There is a strong tension between you two and complete silence for about 10 seconds. Neither of you guys said hello to each other just stared but you decide to break the tension and say something.
"I saw the text with Zoe an-" "I know what you are about to say but i just want you to know that Zoe isnt my girlfriend she's just some crazy ex of mine" "Ethan I really want to believe you but I dont know if I can" "Look i'll show you the conversation!" Ethan pulls out his phone and shows you the text messages. You read it all Ethan grabs your hand and looks into your eyes "I never ever want to hurt you and I never will" "I love you..." Ethan says looking at you like you're the only person that matters to him "E-Ethan I just... I'm sorry i just dont know what to do!" "I dont want to ever lose you y/n" "You mean the world to me!" "Ethan I feel the same way but arent you just a little concerned about Zoe?" "I dont care what she thinks you only matter to me" "Oh Ethan" You say trying to hold back your tears "It's getting late..." "bye Ethan" You gently kiss Ethan on the cheek and go inside and he drives back to his place. As soon as he gets back he gets a text from Zoe.
Zoe: y/n has such a great house :)
Ethan: umm excuse me?
Zoe: I got to say I dont like how you referred to me as a "crazy ex"
Ethan: what are you talking about?
Zoe: DONT PLAY STUIPID WITH ME ETHAN I HEARD WHAT YOU SAID TO THAT WHORE!
Zoe: you're very predictable Ethan I knew what you would do so I followed you
Zoe: AFTER IM DONE WITH HER YOU CAN GO BACK TO YOUR SAD LIFE WITHOUT ME
Zoe: come and get her if you ever want to see her again Ethan
