being nonbinary can mean so many different things to different people. as most of you know, nonbinary is mainly used as a umbrella term for anyone who does not identify as exclusively male or female. so genders like demi-girl and demi-boy and genderfluid, genderflux, bi-gender, tri-gender, pan-gender, agender, neutrois, third gender, androgyne, etc. then just as some people identify as the umbrella term queer when labeling their sexuality, some people choose to label their gender as nonbinary or genderqueer as i do because im just like yeah im somewhere there on the spectrum and i really dont have the need to find one specific label and thats fine. you dont need to fit under a specific term and its okay if what you identify as changes you are still 100% valid. identifying with an umbrella term is just as valid as any other identity. as for me, i identify as nonbinary or genderqueer and kind of androgyne as well. mainly i feel like the lines between gender is blurred and i can kind of just do whatever the hell i want and feel comfortable with myself, in my body without anyone saying anything about it. because really, everyone should be able to feel comfortable with themselves and be content with their lives without any persecution from others.
