Calum's POV

Go to the library she said. You need to read to get smart she said. My mum is always telling me what to do. That's not all she said she met dad, the love of her life, at a perticular library. So guess what. She sent me to that one. That way I could do the same. So far all i've seen is smelly guys and nerdy girls with yellow teeth and braces. And I haven't even entered the library yet. If it's that bad outside I wonder how bad it is inside.

As soon as I entered I saw it was bigger than it was outside. I gasped in amazement. No nerds or guys in sight jus t like I saw outside. Actually now that i've enterered I see how much prettier the girls are in here. One of them stood out from all of the others though. She wasn't flirting with the guys or wearing schoolgirl outfits with EXTREAMLY short skirts. She was just sitting at a table reading a book. Either this place has magical powers. Or i'm falling in love with nerds. So I walked over and as I got closer, she wasn't reading, she was writing. But then when I walked right past her. WHAT WAS I THINKING?! I could've talked to her. Then I walked back. But before I did I grabbed a book so I wouldn't look like a weirdo just staring at her.

So I sat down right in front of her that way she would notice. I really hoped this worked. I almost never read. Unless a cute girl is. So I opened the book and I started reading, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, it was actually quite interesting. I felt someone staring at me. I looked up but it wasn't the girl. A few tables across there were some schoolgirls and they were all batting there eyelashes at me, and were posing and everything. So I looked back at the book. And it was gone. How did it disappear. Then I looked back at the girl and, she had the book.

Your POV:

I noticed the guy ever since he walked into the library. Then he walked right past me, THEN he came back with my favorite book of all time. AND not only that he sat at the table where I was!! Even if he could've sat with the schoolgirls. Either this library has magical powers or Im falling in love with cool guys. Anyway he looked up at the girls and I couldn't help but take the book, and when im really into a book I dont even notice what im doing. So all of sudden I get up and i'm at the at the checkout and then im out of the library.

Now im standing in the rain walking home. Behind me I could hear quick pattering from the rain. Not a really good idea to run away. I looked back. The same guy I saw at the library. "WHAT GIVES?!" I stared at him.

Calum's POV:

She just stared at me. She's cute. I dont know why I was being so mean to her. So i asked her why she took the book. She simply just stared at me in return. "Im sorry I really like this book and well I just got carried away with it im really sorry." she finally answered. "No problem..." I answered back. After that we kinda just stood their in the rain. We looked at each other for a while. Then she told me she had to leave. We said our goodbyes and we went are seperate ways. I saw her cotton sweater was full of water as she was walking away. I ran after her and gave her my leather jacket.

Your POV:

I heard rapid footsteps, i turned around and it was him. "My name is Calum by the way! I saw that your sweater is soaking so im giving you this." He smiled and he handed me his leather. I smiled back. Then he said one last thing before we went our seperate ways.... "We should hang out sometime."

A.N.: GAAAAAHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!! MY GOSH IM FINALLY FINISHED WITH ALL OF THIS CALUM PART!!!! You honestly do not know how hard this one was! Im already 5 weeks into school and i finally finished this!!!! welp on to ash!!
