Something that I've never felt before

Allison P.O.V.

The second we made eye connect, I felt something. I don't know what but it's something that I've never felt before. But I have to get my head straight. Jack said some hurtful things to me and many people will shrug it off. Oh hell no. He called me a slut, said I was fake crying about Becca. Out of all the people in the world, I thought that I could tell him all that stuff and he wouldn't judge me. But like many people say, people are different on camera. Which I believe is true for those who care about themselves too much. However, I know I shouldn't let him cause me anymore pain than I already am.

Mahogany and I's food came and that was when I broke the eye connect. 

'' You alright?'' Mahogany asked. Since Mahogany ' moved ' in with me I felt safe. She's like an older sister that I never had. I don't know what I would have done if she wasn't with me. 

'' Johnson is here.'' I say without emotion. Mahogany turns her head and quickly turns back. 

'' Everyone's here.'' Mahogany says.

'' I know.'' I say again, without any emotion.

'' Wanna get out of here?'' She says.

'' No, it's ok. We'll eat and go.'' I reply with a small smile. As I was eating I could feel someone staring at me. I knew it was Jack as I got the weird feeling that I get whenever he is looking at me or near me. Why me? Why do I have to be attracted to him. Out of all the men in the world, it had to be him. I wanted to go there and hug him but I can't. My brain is telling me not to but my heart is telling me to just run into his arms and forget the rest of the world.

Finally, Mahogany and I finished eating. As soon as I paid, we head out to my car and headed to the beach. It was about 6pm meaning the sun will be going down soon and we both love wacthing sundown especially at the beach, where you can just relax and think. The beach is my getaway place for sure. 

'' It's so beautiful.'' Mahogany says as we reach the beach. The sky is a orange-pink color. The water was a pretty blue color and the sun just made it more perfect.

'' Yep.'' I took off my shoes and straight away raced Mahogany to the shore. We both laughe at my childishness but carried on running. Now, most of you might be like you're not even sad that Becca passed away. I am, completely am. But I know that I will get upset and start to breakdown if I do. I don't want to cause a scene and I don't want Mahogany to see me weak all the time. Like she said, if Becca saw me right now, she would be whopping my ass right now. 

Once I get to the shore, I put my feet straight into the water and being to relax. After a few seconds, I decide to sit down while Mahogany took many and when I say many I mean MANY photos. We both took selfies and other random pics. 

We went to my house and and started watching She Is The Man. ( It's a great movie. ). We ended the day by eating ice-cream and falling asleep on the couch.
