Blake's POV

Saturday

My ring tone played while I was in the midst of drawing. I answered it glancing at the caller ID, it was Richie.

"Hey stranger," I smiled while concentrating on my drawing.

"Hey, Blake." He answered cheerfully.

"What's up?" I took a drag of my cigarette

"I was wondering if you wanted to go out?..." he questioned. I dropped my pencil.

"Where to?"

"Ice skating?"

"I don't know how to ice skate," I frowned

"I'll teach you," he offered

"Um, sure I guess" is this a date?

"Okay I'll pick you up, how about six-thirty?"

"Six-thirty is great," I smiled

"I'll see you then,"

"Bye," I smiled to myself and hung up. I read the time 4:30 pm I finished off the cigarette then took a shower washing my hair and shaving. By the time it was done it was five, dried my hair and picked my clothes, a simple white sweater, blue jeans, and a white beanie. I put on concealer, eyeliner, mascara, and my favourite red lipstick. I decided to keep my glasses on instead of wearing contacts. I flat ironed my hair leaving it a little wavy. I sprayed perfume and stuff so I didn't smell bad in case I did. The doorbell rang as I was going down the stairs and passed Lilly laying on the bottom step. I opened the door.

"Afternoon," I smiled

"Hi..... you-you look great," his eyes widened as he looked up at me causing me to blush.

"Thanks, you look great as well," he was wearing a black t-shirt with his black ripped cardigan thing, a black beanie, and jeans with a studded belt.

"You ready to go?" He asked I nodded I locked my door behind me we walked to his car he opened the door for me.

"Thanks," I smiled

"No problem," he went around to the driver side. He started up the car.

"How's work?" He asked

"Not so good," I sighed

"Thing's will work out," he assured me I shrugged.

"how about you? How's YouTube and music going?" I asked

"Great I'm releasing the video for the song I was telling you about on Halloween." He smiled

"That's great."

"You should try YouTube make a little side money," he suggested

"What would I do on YouTube? I'm pretty talentless." I was genuinely interested in what he'd say

"You're great at art and photography, not to mention you're hot and guys would watch your videos," he smirked I laughed "If you do I'll help you make videos," he offered

"I'll think about it," the rest of the short drive we sang along to pierce the veil songs. We had got in and got our skates.

"You know these are kind of like walking in heels," I said they were fairly easy to walk in

"But it's harder to walk because it's so thin." He added as he skated onto the ice. It was pretty cold at the skating rink I'm glad I wore a sweater. Richie skated in a little circle. "Come on the ice won't bite," he put his elbows on the railing and rested his hands on his chin.
