Ryan's POV;

I fluttered my eyes open, revealing it was morning. I glanced over at the digital clock on the nightstand, seeing that it was 8AM. I then realized I was in an empty bed. I swung my legs over the side of the bed, and tiredly stretched. I made my way out of the bedroom, and into the kitchen, only to see Brendon making something for breakfast. His hair was a little messy in his face, and he looked so cute in his boxers and his shirt that were a bit oversized. Not to mention I'm pretty much wearing the same thing. He looked up at me and smiled.

"Hey there, sleepy head." He said as I walked to him. I wrapped my arms around his waist from behind, and rested my head on his shoulder.

"Last night was amazing," I smiled to myself.

"It really was," He sighed happily. We eventually finished making breakfast and sat at the table and started eating. I cleared my plate pretty quickly, and so did he, considering the fact that he's skinny as hell.

"Want some more? I've got some extra." He asked.

"Only if you have some too." I said. He smiled and nodded. We walked into the kitchen to get some more pancakes, but I stopped, due to a sickening feeling in my stomach. Brendon noticed, and looked at me in a concerned way.

"You okay, Ry?" He asked. I was about to answer, but I gagged instead. Brendon looked even more worried. I felt the sickening pain grow worse. I quickly put my plate down, and ran to the bathroom, covering my mouth in the process. I made it to the bathroom, lifted up the toilet seat, and emptied my guts into the toilet. It felt horrible. I heard footsteps, and someone rub my back soothingly. Once I finished, I flushed the toilet and rinsed my mouth out.

"I didn't make you sick, did I..?" Brendon asked nervously, putting a hand on my head.

"No no, you didn't make me sick. Must just be catching a little bug." I said, wiping my mouth.

"Ok, but tell me if you don't feel well." He said. I nodded.

*3 weeks later*

"Ryan, once your finished in there get your shoes on." He said from outside the bathroom. I flushed the toilet once more, and washed out my mouth. This is the hundredth time I've puked in three weeks, and I really don't know why. I haven't felt sick, I've just been throwing up a lot.

I walked out of the bathroom, and Brendon was dragging me downstairs.

"Where are we going?" I asked.

"We're going to the doctor. You've been getting sick for weeks and I wanna know what's wrong." He said. I didn't protest. We got dressed, and we were out the door.

Once we arrived at the doctors office, we checked in, and sat down in the waiting room. I fiddled with my thumbs nervously, and my knees couldn't stop shaking. Brendon noticed this, and he put a hand on my knee. That calmed me down the slightest bit.

"Ryan Ross? Brendon Urie?" We heard a nurse call. We both stood up and she led us to a room. She told me to sit up on some type of medical table, so I did.

"Okay, so what seems to be going on?" She asked.

"Well, for the past few weeks I've been getting sick." I said.

"Have you felt feverish or weak?" She asked.

"No, not really. I've just been throwing up a lot." The nurse nodded at me and wrote some stuff down.

"How often per day?"

"Just once per day. Mostly mornings." She wrote something down again.

"Anything else along with throwing up?"

"Just some slight pain in my stomach." She wrote another thing down.

"Okay, I'll be right back." She said, standing up. We nodded and she left, shutting the door behind her.

"What if it's something serious..?" I asked nervously. Brendon took my hand tightly.

"Even if it is, we'll get through it I promise." He kissed my hand, making me crack a small smile. The door opened once more, and a different woman walked in. I'm assuming she's the doctor.

"Hello, gentlemen. How are we doing, today?" She asked.

"Well, other than getting sick pretty good." I chuckled, making her and Brendon do the same.

"Okay, so you said you've been getting sick in the mornings only, and having pains in your abdomen, is that correct?" She asked. I nodded. She wrote something down, and set her clipboard down. She then reached into the cabinet behind her, and pulled out some type of wand, and a bottle of some type of jelly. I have no clue.

"If you don't mind me asking, what are those things?" I asked as she hooked the wand up to a little TV beside me.

"We're going to give you an ultrasound, to see if there is possibly a tumor." She said.

"A tumor??"

"Ryan, baby calm down." Brendon, held my hand tightly. I calmed down a little, feeling even more nervous that it could possibly be a tumor. She had me lay back on the table, and lift up my shirt to expose my stomach. She opened the bottle and put some jelly on my stomach. I jumped a little.

"That's cold," I laughed. The doctor chuckled along with Brendon. She then put the wand on my stomach, moving it around slowly. A picture then appeared on the screen, and I grew nervous instantly. I felt Brendon squeeze my hand once more.

But then we heard something we didn't expect. We heard these thumping like sounds. Sort of like a muffled heartbeat.

"Um, I'm no doctor, but I don't think a tumor is supposed to have a heartbeat." Brendon said. Even the doctor looked surprised.

"No, no it is not. But it certainly has a strong heartbeat." She said.

"Well what is it?" I asked.

"I never thought I'd be saying this to a man," She looked at me and smiled a little. "That's your baby in there." She said. My eyes widened the biggest they've ever been, and so did Brendon's.

"I'm sorry, did I hear you correctly? Did you basically just say that I'm pregnant?" I asked in shock.

"Yes, I did. It's quite a shock, I know." She chuckled a little. She then cleaned me up, but Brendon and I were still star struck.

"Um, may I ask how this is possible?" I asked.

"Oh, well you see it seems that as you were developing in the womb, you somehow developed a uterus, yet you still have male parts. Nobody really knows how this can happen. So you can get pregnant normally through intercourse. This is a very rare thing to happen to males, so I know it may seem pretty odd. But this isn't the first time it's happened, so you aren't alone." She explained. I really can't believe the words that are coming out of her mouth.

"I'll go get your ultrasounds, and you guys will be all set." She said before she walked out.

"This is weird," Brendon said. I looked over at him.

"Well yeah, it's not like I'm a pregnant man." I said sarcastically.

"I don't understand, how can you be pregnant? You're a guy." He said. I felt my heart drop a little.

"Well... yeah, I'm am a guy, but don't sound so disappointed that I'm pregnant." I said, looking down. He sighed.

"Look, I'm sorry. I'm just surprised. But honestly," He lifted my head. "I'm really happy." My eyes widened.

"Really..? I thought you'd think of me as a freak.." I said in surprise.

"No way, Ry. No matter what happens I love you, and our little baby. I promise." He said, kissing my lips. I smiled against his lips and kissed him back, feeling relieved that Brendon is okay with this. Then it hit me,

We're gonna be parents...
