Brendon's POV;

*small time skip*

We finally did it. We finally moved into a house. We decided it would be good to live in a house with the baby on the way. Ryan is five months along, and so far him and the baby are going great. Pete and Patrick found out that they are having a baby boy, and they're so excited.

I wiped the sweat off my forehead, continuing to build the crib. Piece by piece I put the white crib together until it was finished. Ryan has been wondering what I've been doing for the past two months in this room. Well, I've been building our baby's nursery. I painted the walls a minty green, and made the rest of the room yellow, white and grey. I put in a crib and a changing table, hardwood floors, and everything else we'd need. I decided to make it gender neutral, because I don't like making it the typical boy/girl colors or other things like that. My baby girl can be whoever she wants, and like whatever she wants, as long as she's happy.

Once I finished the crib, I took a good look at the finished nursery. It looks amazing. I really hope that Ryan loves it. I cleaned up everything in the room, and shut the door. I took a quick shower and changed, the whole time excited to show Ryan the nursery. By the time I was finished, Ryan came home. I felt a smile on my face as I walked down the stairs. He was shutting the door when I got down there.

"Hey baby," I smiled at him. He smiled back.

"Hey," He walked to me a pecked my lips. "When will you show me what you're doing in that room?" Ryan asked. I just smiled bigger.

"Now, actually." I said. His face lit up, but he looked nervous.

"I don't know what to expect.." Ryan giggled.

"Trust me, you'll love it." I said. I helped him upstairs, and brought him to the door. I had him cover his eyes, and I opened the door. I slowly led him in as he kept giggling.

"Ready?" I asked. He nodded. "Okay, open your eyes." I said. He then opened his eyes. His jaw dropped open, and his eyes went huge. He walked into the room more, and covered his mouth in awe.

"Bren..." He said in disbelief. "You did this for her..?" He asked, putting his hands on his chest.

"Yep. I did. It took a lot out of me, but it was worth it, since it's for our baby girl." I smiled. It looked like there was a permanent smile on his face, and I noticed tears in his eyes. "Do you like it?" I asked.

"Bren, honey I love it. I don't know what to say," Ryan wiped his tears, hopefully of joy. Ryan walked to me and kissed me deeply, wrapping his arms around my neck. I kissed him back, smiling against his soft lips. "Thank you so much." He said as we pulled away.

"Anything for you two." I said, putting a hand on his five month bump. He smiled down at it, as he put his hand on mine. I knelt down, and decided to talk to her.

"Hey in there, sweetheart. I can't wait to meet you in a few months. I hope you come healthy and well-" Ryan and I both jumped as we felt thumps on our hands.

"Brendon! She's kicking!" Ryan exclaimed happily. We were both filled with joy once again. "Keep talking!" Ryan smiled.

"Um.. I don't know what to say." I chuckled.

"Sing to her?" Ryan suggested. I nodded, and sang the first song that came to mind.

"I love you, a bushel and a peck
A bushel and a peck, and a hug around the neck, a hug around the neck.
And a barrel and a heap, a barrel and a heap
And I'm talking in my sleep about you.
About you.." I sang the same song my Mom used to sing to me when I was little. She kicked a few more times, making us both smile wider. (My mom sang this to me when I was little )

"And I love you," Ryan said. I smiled up at him. "Both of you." I stood up and kissed him again.

"A bushel and a peck?" I joked. He giggled. He hugged me and said,

"And a hug around the neck."
