The three raced to the Junkyard.
"Please. Don't harm me." Lady gently begged. She was locked in a makeshift cage made from several poles planted into the ground with a cage door connected to it, the walls were blocked by several broken and crushed vehicles. Buster laughed,

"By high noon tomorrow, you'll be finished and I'll finally get my revenge," he said with an evil toothy grin.

"I'll be... finished?" Lady said with a perplexed look. Buster laughed even more.

"Whatever do you mean?" Lady asked again.

"Pfft, I don't need to explain myself to you, toots." he mocked.

"My name is Lady." she said indignantly. Buster snorted and ignored her.

Tramp, Angel, and Scamp crawled behind the various objects humans considered junk. Glass bottles lay scattered, ripped and worn out couches lay in a pile with springs sticking out. The occasional mirror and clothes lay among all the trash as well along with miscellaneous things.

"Okay, now remember the plan," Tramp whispered and crawled off into the open. As soon as Tramp entered the clearing he stod up and walked tall and full of confidence. Scamp and Angel quickly scurried to the other side of the Junkyard.

"Buster!" Tramp barked. Buster whipped around and looked in surprise.

"Well, well." Buster sauntered towards Tramp, giving him a toothy grin.

"I didn't think you'd show up." Buster sneered. Lady looked at them, worried.

"Psst. Mom." a quiet voice whispered. Lady looked to her side and her eyes widened.

"Oh my goodness, what are two doing here?" Lady asked them with concern.

"We're here to rescue you," Angel answered.

"You could get hurt," Lady whispered back.

"Mom... that's a risk we're willing to take." Scamp added. Angel crept up to the door and was followed by Scamp.

"Let her go." Tramp gritted through his teeth, trying his best to stay calm.

"Heh, I don't think so, ya see... you left me behind and for what?" he began to circle Tramp, but he cut him off. He needed to keep him from looking behind him.

"You left me for a housepet! A housepet of all things! I might've accepted it if it was a stray but no! You chose the cushioned life." Buster said furiously. Tramp stared with anger.

"So what do you want?" Tramp asked irritated.

"I want for you to feel the way I felt when you left me! To feel like you've lost what's important to you! To make you feel like everything you've ever known is gone!" Buster yelled.

Scamp bent down and Angel scrambled up on his back. Scamp heaved to stand up and Angel leaned against the bars and flipped the lock. Lady gently pushed the door open but it creaked loudly. Buster whirled around and looked at the three in shock. He growled and raced towards them. Tramp pounced on him. Buster whipped his head and snapped. Lady, Scamp, and Angel looked in horror. Buster and Tramp were fighting. Tramp bit Buster's scruff and threw him down hard. Buster flung his hind legs and kicked Tramp in the gut. Tramp recoiled in pain and Buster took this chance to bite down on his collar and fling him into a glass mirror. Tramp smashed into the mirror, shattered glass scattered everywhere. Scamp, Lady, and Angel gasped in horror as they stared in terror.

"Haha! Looks like your gettin' old Tramp!" Buster mocked. Tramp laid there, lifeless.

"Oh no..." Lady sniffed. Angel covered her face against Scamp's shoulder as he leaned his head on her's. Buster walked up to Tramp's lifeless body without caution. He laughed to himself. He leaned towards Tramp's ear and whispered.

"Traitors like you deserve this." he sneered. Without hesitation, Tramp sprung up and locked his jaws around Buster's neck, Buster reeled back but couldn't shake Tramp off.

"Gah! Off off! Get of o' me!" Buster gurgled.

"Then leave my family alone! Never come near us again!" Tramp demanded muffled. Buster tried flailing but after a few seconds gave up.

"Alright alright! Just lemme go!" Buster pleaded. Tramp flung him to the ground, Buster flopped to the ground, teeth marks around his neck. He looked in fear at Tramp.

"Next time, and by gosh you better hope there isn't a next time, I won't let go!" Tramp snapped at him, Buster winced and scrambled away. Buster ran out of the Junkyard, whimpering.

"Oh, you frightened me! I thought you were gone!" Lady rushed to her beloved and nuzzled him. He nuzzled her back.

"This old dog still has a few tricks." Tramp smiled.

"Wow, dad you were so cool! The way you smashed him into the ground! And then how you played dead! It was amazing!" Scamp went on and on. Angel laughed gently at Scamp.

"I'm just glad we're all safe," Angel stated.

"You think he meant it? When he said he'll leave us be?" Lady looked at him hopefully. Tramp softly chuckled.

"Aww Pige, I've known Buster since we were pups. He's what you'd call a coward. He'll never bother us again," Tramp spoke gently.

"Come on, let's go home." Tramp said as they left the Junkyard. After all that, no one had seen or heard of Buster again, some say he ran away to the mountains. Some say he was captured by the pound. Some even say he found a home, but most don't believe that would ever happen.

The End.
