They all were injured in someway, I could tell either mentally or physically. I kicked the door open to see Zach, sitting as if he knew we would come looking.
"Where is he?" My voice growled in low tones, I was ready to fight. My hands shot up when he pulled out a gun.
"In hell." He fired a shot and I expected to go down. Except I didn't, Y/n did. She lay there with a bullet through her shoulder. I crouched down to her before hearing Zach's crazy laugh. I stood back up and faced him. I heard Tessa on the phone with the police so I just had to hold on a little bit longer.
"Are you going to kill me?" I asked him, he looked at me and opened his mouth to speak.
"Yeah, Any last words?"
"Did you kill Grayson?"
"No why?" I heard the choppers. The flashlights flashed from the copters. His hand was shaking on the trigger.
"Everyone freeze." We heard the voice from the speaker and then I felt myself fall to the ground in pain after hearing shots from Zach. More shots rang out, I lay there unmoving as people moved around me, black uniforms and machine guns. My eyes started to close but I tried to keep them open. I heard Zach grunt and people talking. I felt my body being lifted and heard the screams of my family, my eyes closed after that. Heading toward the bright light, that went black.
