GONGJU'S POV

Doyeon was unpacking the boxes that had all Chungha's stuff. We had just graduated from our universities, and they decided to rent two rooms in a sharehouse. I was alone because I purchased a house in a neighborhood in Seoul, not far from the sharehouse they are moving into. Now I have my art studio, and I am a trainee under YMC Entertainment alongside with Doyeon and Chungha. Life is still the same, and we all longed for our chance to debut as renowned artists.

"Princess! Wanna go grab lunch together?" Doyeon asked while still unpacking and organizing Chungha's stuff because she is out buying groceries.

"No, Chungha's buying groceries, we can just cook food when she gets back," I took a sip of water and went over to Doyeon so that I could help her.

I was about to help her when she dropped Chungha's plush toys. They were being organized, but Doyeon stopped and threw herself on the bean bag by the desk.

"Yah! What are you doing? Aren't you suppose to help organize Chungha's stuff too?" I took the plush toys and put them on the shelves. I was about to turn and shout at Birdie Dodo, but not until I found her fast asleep and hearing grumbling noises from her stomach.

She must be so tired. Going to Korea right after they attended their graduation in Princeton and attended mine in Oxford...and the fact that we went to the YMC building yesterday early in the morning must have made Doyeon exhausted. I took the initiative to clean the room and organize the stuff for Chungha.

The room was cold even without air conditioning. It was winter, and the window above the desk was opened so that air conditioning would not be needed. Cold enough to make anyone grab their blankets and just drown in the world of coziness.

I took a bed sheet with flower prints on it and put it over Doyeon so that she would not shiver. It was also cold enough to make your teeth quiver. I then organized the room, and my head turned as I heard two knocks on the door.

"I'm back!" Chungha was looking around the room and stopped when she saw Doyeon closing her eyes. She then turned at looked at me.

"Hey! How did Doyeon go?" I raised my right brow.

"How did she go what...?" she shook her head, "Hey, I don't and can't comprehend with subtle cues okay, I didn't study art and minored in music to read people's minds like psychologists do!" I pointed to Chungha.

"Aigoo jeongmal, I meant how did the cleaning go?" I looked at Doyeon, trailing my index figure over to her and finally pointed at myself.

"What? Did she ask you to clean the room?" I shook my head, "Then?"

"I offered because I didn't do anything and she looked very tired, so she went over to the bean bag to rest for a bit. My flight was enough for me to rest. Dodo doesn't usually open her mouth and drool when she's tired. How long was the flight? I see that you're not exhausted compared to Doyeon, did she rest on the plane ride?" Chungha walked over to the desk and took off her watch. She then turned to me.

"We were on the plane for a day. She didn't get enough sleep on the plane," she looked at Doyeon and me with concern.

"What? What's wrong?" I asked Chungha and she sighed as salt water started rushing out of her eye sockets.

I came over and led her to the bed, and we both sat down, "Tell me."

"Birdie Dodo isn't who we knew anymore. She couldn't sleep because she had to...," she trailed off with her words while sobbing. I rubbed her back trying to console her.
