Greg's Lyrics: "

Take off your shirt, your shoes,

those skinny jeans I bought for you.

We're diving in, there's nothing left to lose."

Sherlock's Lyrics:

"I'm gonna break down these walls, (down these walls) I built around myself.

I wanna fall so in love (so in love), with you, and no one else,

Could ever mean half as much, to me as you do now.

Together we'll move on, just don't turn around,

Let the walls break down."

It had been 3 months since they had all left the hospital.

The charges against Sherlock for physically assaulting Moriarity had been dropped though at a cost that is. Jennifer had to return back home to have a few words with him, that night Jennifer refused to go back to 221B to avoid Sherlock seeing what had happened to her to get her step father to cancel the charges. Moriarity got what he wanted for the last time, she just went to her mind palace to escape what she was doing though she still felt sick whenever she had to think about that night.

Sherlock didn't know and he would never know if she had anyway to stop him from finding out. After that night Moriarity hadn't been seen for months he decided that leaving Sherlock and Jennifer alone for a while would be a good idea, he wanted Jennifer to fall for his advisary and then torment them all the more when he had his way with destroying everything that was ever theirs.

Oblivious to majority of the goings ons Gregory was standing outside Bakerstreet with his coat and a bouquet of flowers in his hands, he didn't understand theattraction but something to do with Jennifer made his heart beat out of his chest. What was he going to do when she came out? It was a spontaneous idea she didn't even know he was visiting he just appeared out of the blue.

Greg took a deep breath as he pressed his index finger against the bell, the minute until she appeared felt so excrutiatingly like a year. Finally, she appeared at the door hair all messy tied in a pony tail whilst dressed in a pair of sweats and a hoodie, Greg was able to exhale slowly and offer her a smile.

"Hey Lestrade. What brings you around so late?"

"W-well," the DI coughed slightly clearing his throat so he wouldn't stutter, "I was wondering if you might like to go for a bite to eat tonight. Just thought it would be a nice gesture you know amongst friends or maybe.. more?"

Greg watched her reactions worriedly before the smile that appeared on her features as they softened put his worries to rest, "Sure!" Jennifer exclaimed happily, "After being cooped up with Sherlock for so long I could use getting out the house to hang out with a mate. Let me just get my coat."

With a nod from greg she quickly made her way back up to 221B and changed.

They sat at a pub quite close to Sherlock's home, John and Greg used to occupy that pub quite often when Sherlock was ticking him off. Greg had quite fond memories there, meeting his wife, even thought they were divorced Greg still did have feelings for her. The memories he and John had shared before he became ill fluttered around Greg's mind...
