Amelia's P.O.V.

"Finally!" I muttered to myself.

After one and half hour doing analyzes, we're finally free to go. Hearing Dr. Stacy say "We'll call you when the results come out. Until then, dear Amelia take care of yourself and..." bla bla bla can't we leave already?, I think they're trying to get me - forcefully - sick. I thought.

Finishing this episode, we rode my mom's car and headed home. Mom didn't talk all the way home and I began to get worried too, because let's just say that my mother can feel when bad things are about to happen. Okay maybe it's going to be a flu or Anemia, but nothing serious. Then I'll get to tell her "See, it's nothing bad. Your feelings were wrong this time, yay."

When we arrived home, it was four. Kate was watching some movie I didn't care to see what it was, I was so not in the mood, I just needed my bed and some Turkish music in my ears. So I told mom and Kate that I'll be in my room.

"Wouldn't you eat something?" Mom said while Kate narrowing her eyes at me, she felt something was off. I muttered a quick "No, not now." and basically ran to my room before Kate start asking questions.

I headed to the bathroom, looking at my face in the mirror, "What's wrong with you, Amelia?" I talked to myself, don't judge I know I'm insane. I suddenly felt myself getting dizzy, so quickly splashing some water on my face and change into my shirt and short pajama. Laying on my bed, I thought about texting Troy. Then I thought that it's better if I sent him a voice mail instead, so I did.

'Hey, Troy. Hi! ummm how are you doing there in the other side of the world? I hope you're not having much fun without me. hahaha just kidding, but I hope you're doing fine. I just missed you so much, wish you were here, really. Ummm so call or text or something, til we meet again.'

I pressed the 'Send' button and turned off my phone. With 'Yalnizliklar by Soner Avcu' playing in my I Pod, I fell asleep.

I woke up in the evening feeling really hungry that the birds in my stomach couldn't stop tweeting. Heading down stairs, I heard my name being said in a conversation coming from the living room. So being the curious me, I hid at the end of the stairs and listened. Okay, I mean eavesdropped.

"But the doctor didn't say that something's wrong, Nora." That was my dad's voice.

"Robert, for God's sake. She never had that headache before. And... I feel something's wrong." My mom said sounding frustrated.

"Maybe, for once, your feelings are wrong.." Thank you dad, I thought that too. please continue. I thought smiling.

"But just don't run to conclusions before we get the results, I'm sure Amelia's gonna be fine." With that I decided to make myself noticed. Standing up from the stairs, I saw Alex standing in the kitchen island watching me.

Shit, busted.

"Eavesdropping now I see, Amy." Alex said chuckling.

"You were too, Alexander. So stop teasing." I said while opening the refrigerator. Oh my pizza. I thought taking out the already made pizza and putting it in the microwave.

"Okay, you win. Just don't call me Alexander, little pixie." Alex joked drinking his coffee.

"Then you stop saying pixie, a deal is a deal."

"Deal... So how are you today?" Alex looked at me sternly, all humor gone.

"Never been better, brother." I regarded him, taking my pizza out and started digging.

"Well then, my friends are having this gig tomorrow..." Changing the subject. Good brother. I thought, he continued, "I already told Kate to come, are you interested?"

"Who would I be if I said no to a party and free food?" I joked.

Doing our fist thing shake, "That's my girl." Alex said, both of us laughing.

"Having fun without me, I see." Kate said walking in the kitchen, and sitting on one of the stools beside us.

"Do you want some fun?" I asked Kate grabbing some flour from the counter, and without waiting for her answer I threw some at her.

"WHAT THE HELL?" Kate ran towards the flour, grabbing some. Oh.My.God. I ran.

"Flour fight." Alex shouted, and ran to grab some too.

Within seconds we started running through the kitchen, throwing flour at each other's faces. Dad watching us and laughing, while mom was shouting, "You'll ruin the kitchen, guys stop!" But, we didn't stop until our whole bodies were covered in flour, laying in the kitchen's floor and laughing our hearts out. Dad walked to us and grabbed some flour then put it on our noses saying, "Voilà!" Mom then couldn't stop her smile, but - regardless - told us not to sleep without cleaning the kitchen.

"You too, Robert." Mom told dad, forcing herself not to smile, and walked towards the living room.

"No,no,no,no. Wait!" Dad panicked and ran after mom.

I like our mini wars. We always do this and I always think that I'm lucky having such crazy beautiful family, regardless that they annoy me sometimes. With Kate always wearing my clothes and messing up my stuff, and Alex who constantly judges my life style, to my mother who always controls me and what I'm doing. To dad who wants everything to be perfect all the time. But  no matter happens between us, and no matter how many fights we get into, I live for those little crazy wild moments of happiness, when we're all carefree.

I wouldn't ask for a better family.

Laughing, we started to clean. Or should I say, Clean War? I voiced my thoughts to my siblings.

"Noooooo, Ameliaaa!" Alex and Kate both. Oh my, this is gonna take my full force against them. Let's the games begin. I thought evilly.
