A/N: Hey, so I meant to update earlier than this but a lot has been going on, but I'm trying to get back on my feet. So I'm writing this chapter for you guys and to get some things off of my mind and to be honest with you guys I honestly forgot who the mystery person is at the end of the last chapter at first, but I remember now. But please apologize if this chapter is a little crappy, my mind is in a haze. But I hope you enjoy it anyways!

Thanks for reading!!

Enjoy!!

Chapter Five: Reminiscing

"Hey Anastasia."

"Why are you at my house?" I asked him again.

"I wanted to see you, Anastasia." He said sticking his hands in his pockets.

"Answer my question Gerald, why are you here? You don't just show up out of the blue because you wanted to see me. There's always another reason with you. So why are you here?" I said crossing my arms over my chest.

"Um, Donte. Are you hungry?" Vincent asked him.

"Nope. I'm not hungry. I ate sammon before I came." He said and I rolled my eyes at his slowness as a smiled appeared on my face. Vincent walked over to him and grabbed his arm while mumbling something to him.

"You're going to be hungry today, get in the kitchen." He said and I covered my mouth with my hand to avoid from laughing. I looked back up at Gerald and my smile disappeared as he stared back at me. Not saying a word.

Gerald Hurtz. My so called "Ex-boyfriend". Why the quotation marks around ex-boyfriend? Because I truly didn't know what he was to me. He didn't break up with me. I didn't break up with him. So, it was confusing at the moment. We had been dating for seven months. And if you counted the months we spent not talking, it would be nine. Nine months. And Vincent didn't know because I didn't tell him. No one knew for that matter. Which is why he's been setting me up on blind dates that ended terribly.
