It's Thanksgiving. I don't like this day very much. I mean I love the concept of it but I hate the food. I hate turkey. So we make Turkey only when we've visitors. And now even Dad left. I'm not even sure there's anything to be thankful for. Well, except for Alex. I love him. And I'm thankful for almost being mugged. I'm glad.
Ah! We met before Halloween obviously and I'm so glad, now I'd have someone to match costumes with me, Bruce hated doing that. Eye roll.
He called. He wanted to facetime.
"Hey baby." He said, doing the chin grin, when he misses me."Hi."
"What are you doing?"
"Nothing. Literally."
"That's productive."
"Wait. Let me find my earphones. Also, I'm like looking so ugly. And I don't even like Thanksgiving. It's been a crappy year to be thankful for."
"Not all crappy. Also, whoever said you're ugly is probably blind."
"Aw, look at you, making crap up for me. It's not mandatory for your boyfriend to call you pretty."
"I don't lie."
"Right."
"There goes the eye roll."
I chuckled.
"So, do you want to celebrate Thanksgiving with me?" I said munching on chips and guacamole."Like you and your mom?"
"Yes."
"Like you, me and your mom together?"
"Yes baby."
"Isn't it too soon?"
"Hey, I'm just bein' nice. Come, I'll cook Turkey for you and mom."
"But you hate Turkey."
"But I love you."
"Aw, I love you."
"Of course you do."
"And there goes the hair flip."
"Yess. Also, could you get me curly fries on your way?"
"Okay, I'll come home and help you cook."
"Okay. Come fast. Virtual kisses."
"That's probably the corniest thing you've ever said."
"Come here and I'll show you the corniest thing I can do for ya."
"I'm sure, that's not how I want to meet your mom."
"I certainly would not."
"Now go, let me change."
"Change in front of me."
"Babe."
"Whaaatttt?"
"Please. You're too hot, and I'm way too turned on right now."
"Is your mom home yet? We could wrap it up in twenty minutes tops."
