Chapter 6.5 - "His" Answer

Doceo and Lily are sitting on the bed and she resolves to ask something about that conversation of dinner:

- I wanted know... Why did you say that to Drago? – Lily

- I know how it is, what happen with a monster that leaves from some isolated village. Answers Doceo, who feels uncomfortable.

- Well, I though you would be more subtle... - Lily

- Why I would be? To have an idea, when I was a kid, some people discovered an isolated village, I think that was near the Mount Ebott... Everything was destroyed! I heard that isolated village was the first to be founded. – Doceo

- Humm! Always though this village was the first, where we live! – Lily

- I had an acquaintance that was a monster and he lived in that village, we weren't very close, but it was very good to talk with him. Well... He was in there that day. – Doceo

- Well, this was a long time ago. Mentalities can change... - Lily

- I don't believe much on this, even because I knew of some that survived, my acquaintance wasn't between them, were killed, or because the appearance doesn't helped or because they tried to protect their children... Doceo

-...! I remembered that early today, Drago asked me about what happened in the forest a year ago, when I found him. I don't know why he decided to ask me about this. – Lily

- He wants to know what happened, but we don't know anything. It will be someone is talking with him, someone who knows something? – Doceo

- This isn't makes much sense, Drago don't leaves much from home, unless to go at Luke's house, or in that waste ground to play. – Lily

- Maybe in that ground have someone who knows something. – Doceo

- I don't believe, almost never goes an adult there, unless the kids' parents to take them. – Lily

- Maybe some parent knows... I dunno! I'm having a bad feeling about all of this. We'll do the following: I'll ask to some parent that can frequent the ground and if Drago asks something about leaving the village, try to convince him that isn't a good idea. – Doceo

- You think Drago could do that? Just to get answers? – Lily

- It's just a hunch... Hope I'm wrong. – Doceo

- Right! Good night! – Lily

- Good night! – Doceo

They turn off the lights and goes to sleep.

In Drago's room, the boy is in the window observing the stars. He is beginning to feel sleepy, but he has many questions on his mind. The creature begins to resonate again:

- Let's begin this tactical game!

Back in Drago's parents' room, Doceo, lying, is thinking:

- I don't know what Drago is really want, but if he want to leave... Sorry Lily, I'll have to do something that wills maybe abominate you. Hope you can convince him for not to get at this point. Anyway, I'll have to take some time in my service...
