The world collides with a dark world known as Makai, once ruled by Belial Aensland, but now ruled by the the Council of Three, the succubus Morrigan Aensland, the vampire Demitri Maximoff, and the mothman Enzo. The cause of the merging brings forth the supernatural creatures, known as darkstalkers. One day, Morrigan overhears Enzo's plan: human extinction. But Enzo caught her, and they begin to fight for the fate of humanity.
Enzo gets defeated, but unable to be killed. So Morrigan banishes him to the human world. Enzo wanders around the towns of West Virginia, killing people over the Silver Bridge, to pursue his dream. Years later, Enzo sees a light in the dark sky. He flies up, only to see a flaming spaceship. He tries not to get too close to the ship, for the fire can kill him. He finds an entrance to the ship, and he enters it. Inside, he finds a horned figure made out of fire. What he sees, is an alien of the red hot planet Hellstorm, Pyron. Enzo gets caught by Pyron's robots, which are Huitzil units. He destroys them, and Pyron is impressed by his strength, so he makes a deal with him: Take over the Earth, if he defeats him. Of course, for Enzo being powerful, beats Pyron, while weakening him with a poison powder.
Pyron was about to die, but Enzo reverses his magic. He tells Pyron what he really wants, so he agrees, and partner up to eliminate the human race. Meanwhile, on Earth, Demitri creates a tournament to find the best darkstalker of the world. Luckily, he got a huge amount of contestants:

-Created creature of Germany, Victor Von Gerdenheim
-Ruler of Egypt from 2664 BC, Anakaris
-Cursed samurai of Japan, Bishamon

-New ruler of Makai from Scotland, succubus Morrigan Aensland
-Jersey devil of New Jersey, Meph
-The yeti of the snowy mountains of Tibet, China
-One of the gorgon sister of ancient Greece, Medusa
-Jiangshi of China, Hsien-Ko
-Dark hunter, Donovan Baine
-Young girl of England, Baby Bonnie Hood aka Bulleta
-American cat star-singer, Felicia
-Werewolf of Great Britain, Gallon Kreutz aka Jon Talbain
With the contestants down and ready, Demitri begins the tournament, along with one contestant included: Makai's soul bee, Q-Bee. As the tournament began to progress, the werewolf Jon Talbain comes to a struggle, where he has to face his only friend, Felicia. Of course, Jon defeats her, and faces the vampire lord Demitri. After defeating Demitri Maximoff, he is intercepted by the alien Pyron and the mothman Enzo. Jon gets beaten by Enzo, and was about to be killed by Pyron, but saved by Morrigan. Jon finishes the tournament by defeating Pyron, and Morrigan banishes Enzo, once again, along with his minions Strigoi and Morrow. After the tournament, the victory is brought to Jon Talbain, as he finally retrieve his human form.
But Jon's human form isn't gonna last forever, as he feels the presence of the werewolf in his mind, allowing him to transform once again. So he enters the Majigen, along with the contestants of the tournament, but got his first defeat from the dark hunter, Donovan Baine. The victory of the Majigen is brought to Morrigan. Jon weeps over his defeat, for he could no longer be human again. But Felicia meets him to comfort him. One day, Morrigan found a way to help Jon be human again. She casts a sleep spell on him, and another spell to get him to contact with his darkself, who is described as "Dark Talbain", Jon's doppelganger. He manages to defeat it, and he gets control of his werewolf form.
