Enzo travels in Puerto Rico, to resurrect more darkstalkers, which is a tribe that has been extinct by the fishmen. Meph uses his devil powers to unleash an army of the extinct race of vampiric creatures, that resembles aliens. Those darkstalkers feed off of animals' blood, and maybe humans as well. Enzo spots Jon and Felicia ahead, and he leaves with his minions. Jon and Felicia arrives, and faces a huge amount of the monsters.
Felicia: What the hell are those?!
Jon Talbain: I read about those! *smacks one of them with his nunchucks* These monsters are called chupacabras!
Felicia: Chupacabras?!
Jon Talbain: They are creatures that feed off of animals' blood. The goats are their favorites.
Felicia gets tackled by most of them, and so does Jon. They both get their blood drained, but still survive by another ally. While they begin to black out, they see a green figure with a Mohawk-like feature on his head, and gills. When Jon tries to see better, he passes out.
Later, Jon finally wakes up, and sees the gillman again. And it's actually the merman, Rikuo.
Rikuo: Oh good. You're awake.
Jon Talbain: Wha...where's Felicia? *about to black out, again*
Jon blacks out again. Felicia regains her strength through blood transfusion from a friend of Rikuo, the man-beast, Blanka. Felicia tries to wake Jon up, but the blood loss weakened him too much. Meanwhile, in Makai, Morrigan finds Jon weak from blood loss, and at a rate of death, so she heads to Brazil. In Brazil, Morrigan instead gives her life to Jon, and that seems to bring him back, and his blood restored.
Morrigan: Are you alright?
Jon Talbain: I'm fine. Thanks, Morrigan.
Felicia: Now leave us alone!
Morrigan: *giggles softly* Okay. I just wanted to help. That's all. *teleports back to Makai*
Jon Talbain: We need to head back to Puerto Rico. They're in trouble.
Rikuo: It's dangerous, over there.
Jon Talbain: But the chupacabras are attacking animals. The humans might be next.
Blanka: Strange. I heard that you hate humans.
Felicia: Jon made a promise that he'll protect humans, instead of killing them.
Rikuo: I see.
But Rikuo's fiance Aqueria is too afraid about what would happen to him, if he fights the chupacabras by himself. The Lagoon creature race are outnumbered compared to the resurrected race of chupacabras. Since the Lagoon creatures were nearly extinct, they won't be able to stand a chance, this time.
Aqueria: You are not fighting them, anymore! We can't...do this...*sobs*
Rikuo: My love. I am sorry, but I have some friends that are trying to save the world from evil darkstalkers. I'm going to help them fight our long lost enemies.
Aqueria: Will you promise to come back home?
Rikuo: I will, Aqueria. I promise. I just want to keep my family safe.
Aqueria: *hugs Rikuo, and cries*
Rikuo: *hugs Aqueria back* It's alright. It's alright.
Later, Jon, Rikuo, and Felicia heads back to Puerto Rico, and finds a bunch of dead animals and humans with three punctured holes on them. After a while, the night began to fall, and the moon is covered by the dark clouds. Now, a bunch of growls are heard everywhere. The chupacabras come out of the shadows, and the battle begins.
Rikuo: *blasts soundwaves from his gills*
Felicia: *Kicks a chupacabra with sand releasing*
Jon Talbain: *smacks four chupacabras with his nunchucks*
The clouds reveal the full moon, and Jon transforms again. His fur starts to grow, and his body become a bipedal wolf, with greyish-blue fur, and his claws begins to grow.
Jon Talbain: *tackles another chupacabra, while surrounded in ki, and tackles the other, without stopping*
Rikuo: *decapitates another chupacabra with his crab claws*
Felicia: *grabs on a chupacabra, and spins around on in with her claws*
Jon Talbain: *stabs a chupacabra in the chest, and slice it up to its head, then attacks more with his nunchucks*
Felicia: *Rolls towards another one, and slice it with a scratching uppercut* There's too many of them!
Rikuo: It seems someone must have resurrected them all. *kills another one with his drill attack*
The chupacabras surrounds the trio, with no escape.
Rikuo: I let you down, Aqueria. I'm sorry.
Suddenly, the chupacabras are then incinerated by a flaming sword, along with a man with a fire spirit behind him. This is the dark hunter, Donovan Baine. Jon begins to growl, because of the defeat he had from him, back at the Majigen. But another wave of the chupacabra horde is starting up. So Jon and Donovan decide to put their past aside, and deal with it later, and deal with the horde of chupacabras.
Donovan: *Swings his sword psychically, at the several chupacabras*
Rikuo: *seals five chupacabras in a bubble, and kills them, with a blast of his soundwaves*
Felicia: *blasts magic sand at seven of them*
Jon Talbain: *blasts three dragon wolves, with his nunchucks held up*
Donovan: *summons a lighting spirit, electricuting a huge amount of them*
Felicia: *grabs a chupacabra, and tosses it backwards, as the others gets bumped into it, like bowling pins* Strike!
Jon Talbain: *tackles more of them, with his body covered in ki, and tackles the next one, without stopping*
Rikuo: *decapitates the last one with his crab claws*
The chupacabra race is wiped out once again, as Donovan gets ready to fight the trio.
