AN: I have decided to cast Song Hye Kyo as Felicity, even though Felicity is half Japanese and half Korean, I just think she's gorgeous and I love watching her dramas!
The song above is one of the songs I listened to while writing this chapter, Pride by Lana Del Rey
Enjoy!

She was walking on a sandy beach, water brushing against her bare feet. The sunlight made it impossible to see too far out on the glistening water, the glare so strong, it was almost blinding. There was a light breeze, blowing her black hair out behind her. It was such a serene place that her heart jumped when the sunny beach was suddenly darkened by a huge cloud overhead. Felicity tilted her head up, wondering where the cloud had even come from. The skies had been clear as far as she could tell, so where had i-
A sudden shove to her back sent her sprawling onto the warm sand. It went in her mouth, up her nose, some even went in her eyes, slightly blinding her. Before she could even try to get up, she was roughly turned over, her hair flying into her already blinded eyes. There was a heavy weight on her body, making it impossible to get up, or move. A soft hand wiped the hair off of her face and cleared her eyes.
"Soon. Soon, you'll belong to me fully, just like you always have, and always will." A feminine voice said softly. It could have been said in a loving tone, but the person was obviously psychotic, making the situation even creepier. Felicity couldn't make out the face of the person, only seeing the arms and hands in front of her. One of the hands suddenly held a cloudy vial and the other took the stopper out. Bringing the vial to her mouth, Felicity tried to turn her head away, but found she couldn't move anymore, at all. The contents were forced down her mouth, the syrupy taste lying thickly on her tongue. When the vial was empty, the weight disappeared, as did the arms. Coughing, Felicity stood up, stumbled, and promptly fell into the ocean. The water pulled her out further until she could no longer feel the sand beneath her body, and then pulled her under. Feeling the water fill her lungs, Felicity tried to struggle, but her body was becoming numb and unresponsive. Finally, after what felt like eternity, her world went black.
After an hour long conversation with her mother, Felicity sighed, rubbing her forehead, before hanging up. As soon as she had woken up from the bizarre dream, Felicity had immediately called her mother, concerned.
"Someone is obviously trying to poison you. Go to Sherry's and buy everything I tell you to. Write these down..."
Her mother was a dream expert, so if she said someone would try to poison her, Felicity would listen. Looking at the list on her kitchen table, she stood. The list named 15 items, which was a lower number than usual for her mother. Grabbing the list, her keys, and some shoes, Felicity made her way to her car. Sherry's, the store her mother told her to go to, was run by Sherry Fay's daughter, Cherry.
The Fay's were Dalton's resident witches. Not the only ones, but the most influential family in town, for sure. They were considered as the town's doctors and nurses, the large family residing in the middle of town. Cherry was the youngest daughter at 29, and happened to be Felicity's best friend since moving to Dalton 8 years ago. Bringing herself out of her reverie, Felicity looked around and realized she had driven herself to Sherry's and was parked outside. The wide brick building had no decorations on it except for the giant sign saying "SHERRY'S". Walking inside, the bell ringing above the door as she moved inside the store, the smell of incense filled Felicity's sensitive nose.
"Good afternoon, Fel. Gosh, I don't understand how you can sleep until 3 o'clock. Don't you like seeing the sun rise in the morning? Ah, it's my favorite time of the day, if I must say." Cherry greeted Felicity brightly, the same way she always does. Cherry was her complete opposite. Felicity was short, slim, and of Japanese and Korean descent with dark hair, fair skin, and slightly slanted brown eyes. Whereas Cherry was almost 6 feet tall as she always wore heels, had curves for days, blonde hair, and startling blue eyes. They were opposites personality wise, as well. Felicity was more reserved, and quiet, where Cherry was bright, loud and friendly.
With a slight smile and a shrug, Felicity walked up to the counter she was currently behind and pulled the list out of her back pocket and placed it in front of Cherry.
"It's one of my many talents, Cherry. Besides, I only sleep in on Mondays and Fridays," she said, drumming a finger on the cluttered counter. It was covered in miscellaneous jars, sachets, and packets. Picking up a jar that was filled with what she was almost positive was a baby shark, she patiently waited for Cherry to skim the list and get the items.
"Well.... This is a surprising list coming from you. Are you okay? Or are you the poisoner? Most of these items are known antivenoms and antidotes to the most dangerous poisons in existence, Fel." Cherry's brow was furrowed as she gave her best friend a concerned glance before drawing her gaze back to the strange list. Felicity shrugged, trusting her mother's judgement.
"You can never be too careful, mon ami. This is just me being cautious," Felicity patted Cherry's hand, and gave her a small smile. She decided she would keep the strange dream, or nightmare, to herself for now. Cherry just sighed, knowing she wouldn't get anything that Felicity didn't want to give.
"You're just in luck, too. This antidote only comes in twice every 10 years. You, my dear, are about to get the last dose. You better actually use this, or I will hurt you," Cherry told her, pointing a long finger in her direction,
"Although, hopefully you won't need to..." Cherry mumbled as she went to gather the rest of Felicity's items. Felicity propped her head on the counter and released a deep breath, feeling a shudder go through her. Although she had slept in until about 11:30 in the morning, unlike her usual 5:30, her dream had left her feeling bothered and tired. She felt a slither around her waist before absently rubbing the dragon that was currently in tattoo form and on her waist, trying to comfort her.
"I know, I know. Calm down before you make me jump out of my skin," Felicity hissed at her stomach. Unlike most shifters, dragon shifters had the ability to manifest a part of their dragon's essence as a tattoo on their body. The tattoo itself could move and had thoughts of its own, and many believed that the reason that only dragon shifters could do this was because their energy was too big to fit inside a regular body like most shifters could. After all, dragons were huge creatures, so it made sense that they would host a huge amount of energy, as well.
Felicity was startled out of her thoughts when Cherry came back with 2 bags full of things she couldn't even imagine using. Pulling out her wallet and paying, she said her goodbyes to Cherry and began her walk out of the shop.
