Vey was snoozing the afternoon away. He was dressed in his normal bright red cloak, gold headband, and long thin scarf. His face was pure black and hard to tell where his eyes were. His pointed ears hidden under his hood twitched sleepily...  Though he looked peaceful his dream wasn't.
The mountain in the distant crumbled, the sands shifted under his pointed legs, he leaped and hovered for moment. He then realized his mountain wasn't crumbling, but it was splitting into two other mountains. Three mountains stood before him. He felt uneasy and scared at he same time. The mountain on the left was surrounded in water, and had a glowing beam of light in its center, with pillars shining bright with water animals swimming around it, the one in the middle was his mountain that too glowed brightly. But the mountain on the far right floated above the ground, large prices were gravitating around it and it looked dead and lifeless unlike the other two. The mountains were nothing alike but yet similar, was this a sign?. Then the scene drifted away like sand blowing away into nothingness but pure white. She stood before him in her white cloak apparel, standing over him in height.
The White Cloke bent over down to him and spoke, "you must..." she said gently, speaking telepathically to him her beautiful voice echoing in his mind. "You must travel west, Vey. Meet the Diver and the Wing. You must help the Wing repair her temple and it'll all be complete."
Vet felt his heart do spins in his chest,"What do you mean?" He asked.
"All that was lost." Her voice faded away and his dream faded away in a bright light. Vey's white, glowing eyes snapped open and he rolled off his pillar with a yelp, and landed on the sand hard before he could drift down. "OOF," he grunted and sighed. Stiffly he got up and stared at the summit beyond and the ruins that dotted it's surroundings. It was bright and hot, dunes hissed at the wind and sands shifted beyond the horizon. Vey looked at the sun and muttered to no one in particular, he turned westward. Then headed off with long, drifting leaps ...
The day passed, and night came. Vey never left the ruins this far, the few Rythulians he lived with told him not to, but he didn't care. He actually enjoyed journeys and missions the mighty White Cloak needed him to go on, and loved the stories that came with. The mystery and the thrill always got to him.
He walked and walked, after a while the sand became flat and dry with dirt, but wheat grew here in dusty gold. He would have to walk the entire night before he would be able to reach where the "Diver" and the "Wing" was. Perhaps they are like the tribe of the Rythunlians?
I wonder if they are kind? He thought to himself, guess I'll find out.

Vey was exhausted, the dry plain turned into a hilly countryside that waved with lusher grass and buzzed with crickets and chirped with prairie animals. Vey's eyes were droopy and he struggled to stay awake. However, sleep wasn't really an option, he was too restless to sleep so he took breaks on and off.
The stars were burning out to make way for the dawn sun which turned the sky into purples, oranges. And yellows. It was cloudless and the moon was still visible and shone faintly. Vey then heard something in the distance, a breathing like sound. It was rhythmic and calm, he followed it and ended up walking down a hill and overlooking a beach side. The coast to the sea, he sighed. Vey plopped down on the grass and inhaled the salty wind. His ears twitched, now he'd have to figure out where the Wing and Diver was; but for now he was going to rest.
