"What the hell are you doing?" Ava asked, giving her girlfriend a skeptical look as her and Scarlett walked into the living room where Lizzie was trying to stick a pencil down into her cast.
"It itches, ok?" Lizzie snapped, "And this is the only way I can reach it so don't judge me."
Ava rolled her eyes with a sigh, "Oh, we're way past that."
Lizzie just rolled her eyes and kept trying to maneuver the pencil in her cast, biting her lip in concentration as the other two watched her in amusement. A few minutes passed before Lizzie tossed the pencil down, throwing her head back onto the couch and sighing in defeat. "This is so annoying. It's itchy, it hurts and I can't do anything about it."
Ava giggled, earning her a glare from Lizzie, "My poor baby."
"Do you want to get your 'poor baby' some ice for the injury that you caused?"
Ava thought about it for a minute, "No, but I'm sure Scarlett does."
"Whatever." Scarlett said as she got up from the couch, "She's your girlfriend, but whatever."
"At least someone loves me."
