"Who's turn is it?" I asked, wanting to change the subject.

"All hail Queen Nefertiti," Biana said. "My turn, Keefe: truth or dare?"

Keefe grinned.

"Dare," he said confidently.

Biana returned his smile and said, "All hail Queen Nefertiti. I dare you to do my makeup."

Fitz and I cracked up. Keefe paled, then regained composure.

"Where's your makeup kit?" He sighed.

Ten minutes later, Biana was (for the first time in her life) horrifyingly ugly.

"All hail Queen Nefertiti," Biana sighed. "Can I please take it off?"

"Hey, it was your dare," Keefe argued.

I took a picture, then handed my friend a makeup removing wipe.

"All hail Queen Nefertiti," Biana repeated. "Fitz's turn."

"Sweet," Fitz said. "Ummmm, Sophie, truth or dare?"

"Truth," I decided to go with truth from now on. My friends had the weirdest dares and I didn't want to do any of them.

"What was your childhood nickname?" He asked.

I blushed then remembered that one of the first things Fitz knew about me was my nickname.

I thought I already told you, I transmitted.

You did, he replied. I was letting you off easy.

I beamed at him, then replied aloud, "My human dad used to call me Soybean."

"All hail Queen Nefertiti," Biana sighed. "That's it?"

"Well, no," I admitted. "My human mom used to call me Soph."

"Awwwwww that's cute," Keefe teased. "You realize that I'm calling you Soph from now on, right?"

FITZ. HELP. I transmitted desperately.

He just smiled and replied telepathically, "It is cute!"

I shoved him off his beanbag.

"Woah, woah, woah," Keefe held up his hands. "NO MORE TELEPATHY!!!"

Fitz and I shared a look.

"No such luck, buddy," I replied.
