Wheel Chair Fish Follow Up

The wheel chair fish has a floating disorder called swim blatter disease. His owner Derek decided instead of the fish laying on it's side it's whole life he would fix it. So... HE MADE A WHEELCHAIR!! or float chair? Anyways the fish is fine and just needs to work up his fin muscles
