chapter 7 -past

Hey guys sorry again for not updating this week i am finally getting better ..... You don't care? Okay... i expected that, I'm not hurt what are you talking about. I'm not crying.  My eyes are sweating.

It had taken us longer to meet up with Kishi and Marcella than we had planned due to Eira Falling into a river and being swept under by the tide, I decided it would be best if Dante tried to help him using his new found ability before realizing I still don't Know what his ability is.

"Hey Dante what exactly is your ability." I ask swinging thru the air pointing my gear at different trees swinging side to side.

He gives me a weird look hinting that he doesn't exactly know The sun sending streams of light down his face from the small holes in the trees leaves.

"Try it out maybe you can help out and get some points in Eiras book." I hint almost running into a tree while doing so. I strike a small smirk before exploding into a giant giggle.

Why am I laughing.

Why am I giggling.

Why am I happy.

I like it.

I look back to see dante on the ground looking at his hands Is he okay?I think in my head I turn around fully going near dante with a look of concern on my face.

"You okay?" he looks up to me with wide eyes

"THIS IS SO COOL!" He suddenly yells with a small tree in palms of his hands.

"Yell won't you look at that." is mumble barely over a whisper looking at the small tree that is growing faster by the second.

"You know when someone falls into a river you're supposed to... I DON'T KNOW! HELP THEM!!! A sudden voice says from behind dante it doesn't take long to realize who that voice is. Behind Dante is a pissed off and wet Eira.

"EIra come look at this," I yell with tears in my eyes, not because I was sad but more of some fond memories. He runs over water falling off his boys, I hadn't noticed it yet but Eira clothes were ripped and ruined.

"Wow Dante you have a big ability to live up to." Eira says with confidence in his voice knocking his shoulder into dantes with a smirk on his face he begins walking again in the direction of the new base like we were just a hour before.

"Now that i think about. How did you escape the river." Dante laughs. Nice knowing someone is happy right now. But for some reason I feel happy too. I mean I was happy before with everyone but now i feel different I feel safe and calm.

We had arrived at the new base about an hour ago and we really liked it, we made sure it was completely hidden and that no one was here. I called a team meeting just simply talking about the games and and of course the new base and room plans, I think this base was abandoned very quickly because most stuff was still her, food, water, beds, everything.

"Meeting dismissed" I say loudly going to my bedroom, It was the biggest and had a really big window. I would most likely cover it in black spray paint or I could leave it, whatever.

"Queen you should go to bed we are doing training tomorrow with dante soooo it will take a lot of energy." KIshi says poking her head threw the door with tired eyes.

"Okay will do." I say looking at her with a smile. Turning back to my work she gives a confused look and leaved the room.

I sit up in the small chair looking around the room, standing up I see a small book under the bed.

DIARY. Is says, it is a light blue book with golden writing. Who is the owner, i think in my head before turning the book around looking for a name or position in the hierarchy. When i opened it i was shocked to find pages and pages ripped out of the book but few were still there. Page 8, 9, 12, 23. Were missing and were nowhere to be seen around the room. This is probably nothing i shouldn't worry about it too much. I think to myself shaking head and laying under the covers but before i went to bed I grab a small pen out of my bag and write in the mystery book.

Today was a good day. I was happy. Eira fell into a river and dante found his ability were found a new base and I got a big room. It was a good day, i was happy, happy. It's such a weird word, I thought the only way to be happy with her, but i was wrong. I was happy

Today with my teammates, with my family. SO that was today. Goodbye

Such an awkward ending... I think to myself before putting the new found book on a small and rusty bed side table. THen falling asleep with a small smile on my face.

~~~~~~~~~~DREAM~~~~~~~~~

I am suddenly in a small kitchen in an apartment, a young mom that looks familiar and a girl yelling at her mother.

"Mommy i don't want to eat!" A young girl whines not over 4. Moments later a older boy maybe 7 or 8 walks in with mud, blood and a few bruises on his face.

"Baby did you get beat up again?" the mother yells a bit angry but not at the boy. Instead more mad at a older man who walks into the kitchen off his ass drunk.

"AMAYA GET IN THE FUCKING CAR YOU NEED TO DRIVE ME HOME FROM THE BAR!" the man yells... amaya

"Yes.... Austin make sure your sister stays safe don't open the door to anyone." The woman says to the young boy he nods his head and sticks out his chest in a manly way.

"Don't worry mommy i will be the man of the house." He says

"I know you will. I love you.... More than you will ever know." she says kissing both of the children on the forehead.

*went to bar with husband got pulled into alleyway by him and got beat.*

"Slow down!!!" The woman yells. The man looks over to her with a drunken smile

"Don't teeell me wwwhat to do IM the FFFFucking man here!" he yells slapping her in the face.

Small tears start falling down the woman's face. She then starts mumbling to herself.

This is it... That was the last time i will ever see my children... Stay safe...... Austin take care of your sister...... Forgive me for not coming home.

The next few second went in slow motion. A big truck going across the road, the small car that the man and woman were in flip to its side slamming into the truck smashing the car. Killing both inside. Sending both to a mystical world.

Well that was that chapter i needed to write a sad chapter and get all these negative feelings out of my body the next chapter will be veryyyyy idk how to say it........rollercoastery.
