Well there is this girl that her world flipped upside down and her name is Jadejasmine Vasquez.

*Jade's Point of View*

I used to have a perfect life, but after the incident my life flipped. You guys are probably thinking what the incident is and its bad. The incident will come out later. Let me tell you first about myself. My name is Jadejasmine but call me Jade. I am 16 years old and I go to Fresno High. I am always never noticed. I only have 1 friend and she is called Aubrey. She has a really crazy laugh.

I was happy to be a teenager before what happened. I was happy not being noticed or having more than 1 friend. I would've liked to be noticed once in a while in a good way, but I didn't.

The Beginning

I was coming from school when I heard my mom and dad from outside. I thought they were just arguing about something stupid, but they weren't. When they saw me they stopped and told me to sit down and that they needed to tell me something. At that time I knew that it would be something bad. I started to feel sweaty and very worried. My Mom started to talk and said that a lot of stuff happens between married couples. She also said that life wouldn't always go your way. Then she kept on talking, but I blanked out after that trying to get what she wants to tell me. Then my dad said, "Are you listening Jade." At the same time they both said that it is the best choice that I have. I was confused. Then my dad said, " Your mom and me decided to get divorced.

DIVORCED?

*Mom's Point of View*

I didn't see Jade until I heard the door close. I think this is going to be very difficult to tell her. I am going to talk about life situations and how life is then tell her. When my husband told her I was so cared for her reaction, but she just said DIVORCED?

*Jade's Point of View*

I was so confused why would they want to get divorced. I always saw them so happy. Why would they hurt me this way? I thought they lovers me. I never thought something like that would ever happen to my family. I wanted to scream at them, but instead I ran out the door crying and didn't look back. When I finally got to my senses I noticed that I was in the city bus. So I decided to go to Aubrey's house.

When I got to Aubrey' s house I told her that we needed to talk. I told her the whole story and she said something I didn't understand. Then she said it's hard at the beginning, but then it just starts feeling the same again. I told her that it's way to depressing to talk about right now. So I told her if we could go to the mall.

*Aubrey's Point of View*

I never thought this would happen to my best friend. She always seemed to have the perfect life. Well I decided to take her to get that thing off her mine, but it looked like it didn't work because she was wandering off a lot. When we were walking I heard her phone ring and she answered it.

*Jade's Point of View*

When I was walking in the mall with Aubrey I got a phone call and I answered it. When I heard my dad it sounded like he was crying and I asked what happened. He said that my mom was looking for me and that when she was crossing a big street a truck passed by. The truck didn't see her and ran the whole car over with her in it. I couldn't believe it. Why me? I didn't do anything wrong. I asked what happened to my mom,but I knew what happened to her. He said that she instantly died when the truck ran over her. I just started to cry and cry and I ran like a wimp to the restroom.

*Aubrey's Point of View*

I can't believe it, two horrible things in one day. I can't help her there. That's just horrible I feel bad for her. Her life will never be the same again.

*Jade's Point of View*

I just can't believe it. We don't even have enough money for her funeral. I bet you that after all this finishes after a year my dad will forget all about it. Then he will get a new girlfriend then get married and have more kids. I will just be in his way and he won't think about my feelings or what I think about his new life.

A month has passed and I can't forget about my mom. It looks like my dad can't either. I just have to see what awaits me the rest of the way and how my life will probably change forever.
