"There you go boys, your room is Room902 and you will be on floor 7. The elevator is just over there and if you choose to take the stairs, they are located right next to the elevator. Enjoy your stay."
The reservation man who seemed to be a young New Yorker tells Bobby and I, he hands me the keys to our hotel room and I place them in my back pocket. Turning around to Bobby I let out a huge grin. He smiles back and together we walk out of the way of the reservation desk and observe the lobby.

The walls are pearl white and the floor is shiny gold. In the lobby there is a cafe, which fills the room with the smell of freshly made coffee. Around us, men in tight black suits are sitting in the leather lobby chairs, busy away typing on their macbook laptops. Women in long, fancy, expensive, black or blue dresses, with very high heals, are scattered around the lobby floor, either on their phones or sipping some warm coffee. While sounds of classical music softly play in the background. Looking at Bobby and I we seem very out of place, everyone is very fancy, while we're just, like the opposite.

A young lady in a tightly fitted rose gold dress approaches, she fits it perfectly with her curves and with her long, silky, bleached hair with bold red lips, winged eyes and a clear face. She is carrying on her shoulder a gucci black purse and in her arms is a small and skinny black poodle.

She looks at me and does a pouted smile. That's when I noticed that i've been staring at her, embarrassed, I look down at my feet.

"Would you like me to take your bags upstairs for you?"

I turn around, a man in a black suit with jelled and nicely groomed hair is standing with a bag trolley, looking directly at Bobby and I smiling. He has a name tag which reads "Spencer"

"Yes, please." Bobby says

Bobby and I pick up our luggage and hand it over to the guy and he loads the trolley.

"Yes, Hello, Im here to pick up my keys for room 903." A soft, angelic voice says.

Admittedly, I turn around and see the lady with the poodle talking to the guy at the reservation table.

"Come on Kian, Leggo!" Bobby laughs, pulling onto the back of my hoodie.

We make our way through the lobby to the elevator. As we get to the elevator I press the button.
I turn back around and take another glimpse of the lady as she takes her keys, she turns her heal and faces Bobby and I, and quickly I look away and the elevator door opens and i speed walk into the elevator and lean against the back mirror, on every wall there is a mirror and looking into it I run my hands through my hair and fix it up.

"Hey who's that sexy beast!?" Bobby says as he walks into the elevator , pointing to himself in the mirror.

Looking back into the mirror I point at Bobby's reflection. "I think what you meant to say is 'who is that five year old that just walked into this hotel, is he lost?'"

We laugh and just as the door starts to shut, I hear the sound of a high heal clinking onto the wooden flooring which reopens the elevator doors and in walks the lady with the poodle.

oh she brought her dog into the elevator that's cool.

She doesn't look at me or Bobby, but just heads straight to the buttons, presses Floor 7 and then leans against the side wall. Bobby admittedly pulls out his phone and begins texting away so he doesn't have to deal with awkward silence, I probably should've done the same but instead I stare into space as the elevator door closes.

"Sorry do you mind if i join you guys?" The lady giggles.

Pulling me out of my trance, I turn around to face her and smile.
"Y-yep,yep that's alright."

She looks around the elevator and then down at her acrylic painted nails.

It stays silent for a bit until I break it.
"Cute dog."

"Aw, thank you." she laughs looking down at her dog, stroking it and then looking back up at me. "Her names Scarlett."

"Aww th-" I am interrupted by the sound of the door opening to our floor.

~DING~

The elevator doors open, she looks up and smiles at me before walking out of the elevator, and Bobby and I follow.

We walk down the halls, reading the numbers on each door as we pass them. 890,892,894

She turns around to see us walking behind her, and she try's to hold back a laugh.
"Following me, hey?"

I feel my cheeks turn warm and my face creeps into a smile.

"You're on it." Bobby spits out before I could say anything. He looks over at a door and it reads 902 and he looks over at me and points to it "that's ours."

Admittedly, I pull the room keys out of my back pocket and wave them in the air. "Room 902, Feel free to visit whenever you like." I turn her as she fidgets with her keys and I add a wink at the end.

She stops and raises an eyebrow while smiling.

Kian, you just sounded like a freaking creep. oh well. can't control it. wait what?

She turns around to her door, Room 903, and unlocks it. She walks inside, but before she closes the door, she looks back and smiles at me.

I unlock our door and when we step foot inside are luggage is already waiting inside for us, we are greeted with a luxury room, a black carpet flooring, two bedrooms with king sized beds and a mini fridge with snacks, including two on sweet bathrooms, with a hot tub, a full size kitchen, a living room with leather couches which had white, fluffy throw on pillows and a nude coloured throw blankets. The room had full size windows which lead outside to the balcony. This place was the size of a house.

"Oh. my. god." Bobby says almost out of breath.

Without saying anything we both run to the balcony.

I look out the view, and it's fucking gorgeous. You can see Lady Liberty and the view from the city from hundreds of feet high. "Holy shit!"

"THIS IS AWESOME!" Bobby screams at the top of his lungs, as he leans against the fence of the balcony.

"I KNOW!" I scream back at him.

"What time is it?" Bobby asks

Pulling my phone out of my back pocket, I look at the time. "2pm"

"We should go check out the streets!"
Bobby chirps

"Yeah, and I need coffee." I laugh

Bobby raises an eyebrow "Of course you do."

We go down to an area where there are shops everywhere, from cafes to expensive thrift shops but It's impossible to get anywhere with all the people crowded around every corner.
I spot a Starbucks, Bobby and I look at each other and admittedly begin racing each other to the basic cafe. As we run through the streets of New York, I feel a burst of excitement and can't help but let out a smile, as I wave my hands in the air running as the wind hits me in the face. I dodge several people, and many stare, most likely thinking 'who are those two idiots running around New York'

Well my friends, This is Bobby Mares and I'm Kian Lawley and we're the New idiots in town. ;)
