Elsa’s POV

The sun stretched into my window.

I blinked my sleep from my eyes.

“Here’s to another day.” I sang, stretching from my bed curtains and walking lightly over to my wardrobe to pick out my outfit.

“I promise, I promise, I promise, not to go out unless-”

“I’m in the picture?”

Oh. You again.

“Hey, why are you popping in to see me more?”

“A. I’m bored. B. Your ice activity has upped a lot recently and C. I want to spend a little more time with you. You know you want to, too.”

I blushed, what Jack said was right.

“Thanks. How’s Rapunzel?”

She was one of the little kids that Jack used to look after, like me and Anna.

“Oh, she’s married already.” He said airily.

I blinked.

“So, anyone of your grown up kids still single?”

“Nada. Only you.”

“Why, do you think?”

“Well, A. You’re a Queen, B. They don’t have amazing powers like yours, but…yeah. And C. You will only accept the one. And all those suitors you have, none-”

“-of them are right for me.”

“Yeah, but you don’t know who, because the right one could be standing in front of you…no, I mean…” he stuttered, as he realised what he just said.

But my blue gaze seemed to be quell his stammering and he was forced to stay silent.

Then I realised that his confused, embarrassed look was the most adorable one I had ever seen.

“I know. But, I haven’t found the right one yet, but I think you could help me along the way.” I offered, trying to ease the tension and distract him from my furious blushing.

“Err…thanks.” He choked out.

“Bye, Elsa.” Then he fled.

I sighed. That boy was as fast as the north wind.

I sat on my dressing table chair.

“Bye, Jack.” I murmured, looking at the window from the corner of my vision.

Why was this empty, lonely feeling inside me?
