Dangerously in Love

Chapter 3 :

30 more minutes and my work at the cafe was done. I cleaned the table while I couldn't avert my glance off the watch.
"Chloé, it's okay. Your work is done and I'm sure we don't get much operation in the last 30 minutes. Go home." My chief Ben smiled at me.
"Are you sure?" I asked.
"Totally sure." He smiled at me.
I smiled back and went to our changing room. I hastened to change my clothes and grabbed my bag. I just wanted to spend the whole night with Teddie after an exhausting day.
"Bye Ben!"
"Bye Chloé."

"Hello, bitch." Leatitia said as I stepped out of Starbucks. The other girls stood right behind her, except Caro.
"Bitch? What do you want from me?" I said insecure.
"We're here to tell you to leave us alone, don't come to us in the school breaks. We're sick of you." She said.
"We know each other for so long now and we had the best friendship ever. We trusted, protected and loved each other. What's wrong? What did I to you?" I said, near tears.
"You're whole occurrence is fake." She said annoyed.
"Why? Tell me what's fake?" I tried to stay strong.
"You're using everyone and you try to get all the attention." Erin said.
"Well then you never really knew me in all these years we spent together." I was almost shouting.
"Shut up and OH, we'll continue telling Caro what a fake person you are. She's almost believing us. Let us go girls." Leatitia said.
They went and I stood there alone. I took a deep breath.
"Just don't cry Chloé. You're strong. They don't deserve your tears." I told myself.

After I did the shopping I went home. I never was that happy to arrive at home.
I opened the door and stepped in.
"Mum? I'm back." I said.
Silence.
I wanted to go to my room as I suddenly saw pants laying on the stairs. A dress and a sweatshirt were laying in front of my room. I couldn't believe what I just had seen as I opened the door of my room. My mum and Teddie.
